All of the employees were so courteous and so professional. They made sure to check with us to ensure we were always satisfied. They notice several boards that were not installed to their standards and took it upon himself to redo them and make sure the quality was 100%. They were priced less than previous venders that I have hired for similar projects. They did an extremely excellent job.

Mr Maxwell and his crew did a fantastic job on my new roof!! He took down two ugly doghouses on my roof and added vents at the roof peak that were desperately needed. He and his team of workers are professional, they cleaned up ALL debris, which had not been my experience in the past. I would recommend his company to anyone wanting quality work! He went way above and beyond what he had to do, and made me feel very comfortable with the process.

On the Sunday after Thanksgiving I noticed my roof was leaking in multiple spots. I sent a message and got a response later that evening (ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND). Mr. Maxwell was out the next day with an estimate and a "worst case scenario" price. We were able to schedule service for the following Thursday to have our roof repaired and new underlayment and shingles installed. The very efficient team got to work early and finished the job in one day. My total ended up being a little bit less than the estimate, and everything that was done was explained and my questions were answered. I know December isn't exactly roofing season, but I was still impressed with how quickly we were able to get our taken care of. From message to install, it was 5 days.

Me. Maxwell provided a detailed assessment of my project needs, AND saw a problem area I wasn't aware of. I originally thought would be a repair of siding, but had damage from a prior repair that they fixed. Matt completed the work in a professional manner. He treated my home as if it was his! They cleaned up all construction debris, and I don't have to do anything after they have left. I've had several repairs done and usually have several concerns throughout. The project was completed timely, and I'm already planning my next project with Mr. Maxwell.

Not afraid to tackle very hard to do job. The experience and the extra effort show in the quality end product. The estimated cost is what was paid.

Most expensive contractor ever hired to repair a roof leak but performed quickly and returned when initial repair did not work. No additional costs were incurred and contractor fixed leak for initial price quoted.

Although expensive for a job that took five minutes and consisted of putting a couple of nails in, they were quite fast and I needed that. They were able to send someone within half a day. The person who did the work did not ring the doorbell, he just proceeded into the backyard, and I'd prefer people doing work on my house let me know they've arrived. These are just observations, not complaints. I've noticed other companies around here do that, they just don't bother to see if anyone's home. He was friendly and efficient and as far as I know he did a good job. Would hire this company again in particular for the efficiency.

The installers worked very quickly to do a whole house vinyl siding install along with replacing two doors and two windows. They also installed siding on a small building. Additionally, I had small punchlist items that were handled very professionally, quickly, and as requested. The cost was in the range as my other quotes and the timely service and attention to the customer were definitely extremely important to me and influenced my decision to go with James Maxwell.

Mr. Maxwell was extremely professional to work with throughout our entire experience. We had new shingles installed along with gutters. We also had the columns on our front porch replaced. Mr. Maxwell communicated throughout the job and always returned my calls promptly. The crews who worked on our house worked diligently to complete the job. I will be using him again for more home repairs we need completed.

Our chimney was covered in wood siding and it was rotting so I contacted Mr. Maxwell. We had already been dooped by another contractor who after 3 months decided he couldn't do the job. Mr. Maxwell was totally professional, helpful and contacting us right away. The job was completed above and beyond our expectations and the crew who performed the work was exceptional. Everything was completed and all debris hauled away and the new siding looks beautiful. They fixed a problem on the roof and all was done according to original estimate. The work was excellent, completed in 1 1/2 days. Did everything that was agreed upon and even made improvements on the flat section of the roof. Final cost was less than the Bid as not as much decking was required. A very professional crew and Mr. Maxwell was helpful in determining the work to be performed.

The crew is professional, worked from the time they arrived until finished. Cleanup and workmanship is excellent. Jim is a true professional and above all else he is committed to working with the customer. I had a hard time choosing a roof color.
