I no longer know what the weather is like outside. Previously my microwave would be cold and when raining my dryer would have condensation on the inside. Neither of these are happening now. Mr. Maxwell was quickly available and the job was completed fast. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof worked on. Outstanding work

Mr. Maxwell is a man of integrity and professionalism whose attention to detail and focus on providing excellent service make him a perfect contractor. In addition to all of those important qualities, I must state that Mr. Maxwell is also an extremely patient man. I did not have a clue about all that was involved with the process completely transforming the exterior of my home. In addition to being clueless, I am indecisive. Mr. Maxwell took time to sit with me, educate me about my options and allowed me to take all of the time I needed to make important decisions regarding siding options, trim and fascia options... etc. Because Mr. Maxwell maintains a high standard of excellence, he did a comprehensive assessment of the work that needed to be done prior to replacing the siding. His pricing included the preliminary work as well as the actual replacement of the siding, shutters, gutters, painting of trim, doors and extras like installation of screen doors and painting my porch swing and window box. He was highly accessible and maintained great communication throughout the duration of the project. Once the project was complete, he made sure that every detail was to my satisfaction. Ultimately, the exterior of my home was completely transformed. I am very pleased with the outcome and my neighbors are too. I suspect that some of them will be following up with Mr. Maxwell for his services---if they are wise they will give him a call. I highly recommend Mr. Maxwell for all contracting needs. Jim Maxwell was a blessing for our family. We had just moved into our first home and sure enough, a hail storm comes through and damages our roof. We not only didn't know how to work with the insurance company but also where to turn for a good contractor. Luckily one of our neighbors suggested Jim and he helped us in every aspect of replacing our roof. His team knocked it out in no time and our roof looks great and leak free. Prior to the contracting crews starting the job, Jim personally took the time to sit-down with my wife and I listen to us, answer our questions, took measurements, walk us through the home insurance process, met with our home insurance adjuster and most of all, ensured the cost of the job was within our budget. I had 3 specialized contracting crews performing work on my resident, one replaced the roof, one reset the windows, and another hang drywall and painted. The specialized crews completed the work in 4 days. Each crew leader consult with me to ensure my expectations were met. Once the crews completed the job, Jim conducted his quality assurance check to ensure the customer is satisfied with the service. Jim Maxwell & Associates is the best.

My son just bought a home and the sun room's roof leaked. Mr. Maxwell recommended a new roofing material to address the over heating of the room and the leaking roof. His crew did a great job to ensure the material was installed and the room was dry. Mr. Maxwell will be back to replace the storm damage roof in the near future.

Based on previous projects with James Maxwell, we had him come back and repair and replace facia and soffits around the entire house and had them install 6 inch gutters and drains. The new gutters and drains handle all the run off from the roof and no longer overflows the gutters.

Mr. Maxwell and his crews did an outstanding job repairing my roof decking and replacing the roof. His crew also repair the wood materials around my second story windows and wrapped the windows in aluminum siding.The house now looks great. Neighbors stop by and say it made quite an improvement on the house. Will have Mr. Maxwell and his crew back most definitely.

Jim Maxwell has earned the title of BEST CONTRACTOR. I was so upset when a hail storm caused major damage to my home. Jim met with me for about 2 hours on the day that I called him. He explained everything that he would do. He lived up to all those promises and more. I had no idea how to hire and coordinate 3 or more specialties. I needed roof removal and replacement, gutters, paint, screens, and my wood deck repair, sanded and restained. I did not know where to begin. He hired and coordinated all. All his workers are prompt, professional and skilled. The work was done so quickly I could not believe. Each team arrived exactly as promised. If there were any delays due to unexpected problems (weather, another job taking longer, etc). I was kept informed. No wasted time!! The crews cleaned up and picked up everything. I sat back and admired a job done to perfection. Jim made an awful experience easy. He is a skilled professional and an honorable man who cares about his customers.

Very efficient and work completed in one day. workers know their job and got it done. yard was cleaned of all trash and nails. Jim is easy to work with and a very nice person. Always returned our calls and answered all our questions. Quotes the price and no hidden cost were added would recommend him to every one.

The owner helped find errors in the adjusters estimate and made sure I got equivalent shingles to what had been damaged. They worked with my schedule and work was completed quickly and professionally. When they were done, they cleaned up everywhere around the house and the place looks great! It was nice to find a contractor that believes in customer service!

Honestly I cannot say enough glowing things about James R. Maxwell & Associates on replacing my roof. Wish I could give 6 stars. Jim Maxwell and his company totally exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. I spent HOURS...DAYS...researching roofing companies to replace our old leaking roof. His price was very reasonable in comparison to all the others and his Home Adviser reviews were great. We found him to be beyond honest, extremely helpful and offered solutions others could not. Mr. Maxwell contacted me within 30 minutes of my posting for roofing help. We met the next day (Sunday) and he and his roofing foreman thoroughly checked out my issues and we decided that an entire new roof was necessary along with replacement of a lot of decking and mending of a split rafter. The work was completed that week and looks fantastic. i was very pleased with how everyone connected to this job conducted themselves and would definitely use them again.
