He lied to me he charged me $5400 to put tape on my roof .

James "Jim" Maxwell and his daughter run a fantastic company. They were very quick to respond to my initial email asking for a quote. Jim works with most insurance and was able to advise us what steps to take (we had never filed a home insurance claim before). His team arrived on time, the work was done quickly, and the team was very professional (no cussing, no loud music, not excessively messy, etc.) After the work was done they swept the yard with a magnet to ensure they didn't leave roofing nails in the grass or driveway. Jim was very flexbile about payment since we had to wait on insurance to send the second half of the promised funds. He is easy to get a hold of via phone, text, or email depending on what works best for you and communicates often to keep you in the loop on the work to be done, the schedule, and the paperwork. We hired Jim specifically to replace our roof after storm damage but his company also handles other remodeling jobs and I plan to call him back when we're ready to overhaul the kitchen and floors!

Mr. Maxwell called back and set an appointment within the hour and came out the next day. He gave a fair and honest estimate and did exactly as he said and in the time frame that was promised. I would highly recommend this company.

I wish I could give Mr. Maxwell and his crew a 10 star rating! The communication was outstanding and he was very prompt to reply to any of my many questions. The plan to replace all of my wood siding with vinyl, replace all my gutters, and replace the garage door and install a new motor was made and executed in a timely manor. Mr. Maxwell and his crew went above and beyond my expectations and was meticulous about the finer details that I would have not even thought of. The treatment I received (even when I wanted to make several changes to the original plan) was professional, yet friendly. It was very comforting to know that the quote was the exact cost, not an estimate, even though I know they ran into a few "snags" on my end that was not anticipated. No additional costs were added. They just took care of it! The materials used are all high quality and will require little to no maintenance for many years to come. If I ever need anything else done at my home, he will be the first and only call I make!

Jim was also there a coupe times to check on his crew and answer any questions I had regarding the project. Many thanks to this company for the excellent work on my roof and water damage in 3 bedrooms. The crews never took a smoking break and left the area clean. Jim Maxwell is very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him. He is an excellent contractor.

Four jobs. Roof, Soffit/Facia, gutter, and siding. The crew left a lot of debris that they should have cleaned up. Also, cable wires removed were only reinstalled after I called. BUT to his credit, Jim got the guys to fix the wires. The roof looks great, Soffit/Facia look great. Siding has a few rough spots. Gutter looks great.

Prompt visit to evaluate the roofing job, scheduled very quickly once the price had been agreed on. Thorough, knowledgeable and competent workers did the labor and all the necessary clean-up afterward. Very highly recommended!
