We have known Isaac and Patty for three years. Isaac is a great negiotiator, and Patty has a sharp eye for detail. They have worked tirelessly to find 2 properties to our liking. We had to go to court because somebody had actually taken another contract on a property that he contracted to us. We lost $2700 and we had to go to court because of it. So what happened was, Crye-Leike realities allowed another person from their agency to put a contract on the house while we were still under contract.
