They arrived and looked at the air conditioner and determined that it needed a capacitor. They presented me with a bill of $255.89. I said that this must be a mistake. I had capacitors replaced before for $90.00. They had my credit card information from a call last year. They asked for a signature. I refused to sign and declined the service. They called the service manager. I asked for an accounting of parts and labor. They said the charge was a flat fee with no breakdown. I told them that I did not agree to the price, but I would pay the quoted $65.00 for the service call. They said that the charge for $255.89 had already gone through (with no signature nor agreement) and that I would have to pay it and request a refund. I contacted the credit card company to dispute the unauthorized charge. If I am in luck, the charge will be voided. I believe that their behavior is unethical. They agree to a price for a service call then they give you no option but to pay whatever they choose without disclosure. They use their knowledge of your credit card number to bill you without authorization. I believe that are other companies that will disclose their prices before charging you.

Everything went great! Integrity communicated with us throughout the process. They were professional and courteous, and did exactly what they said they would do.

Nice folks! They had to order the part needed to fix the microwave. It came in a couple of days and they repaired the unit.

Did not repair it...couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. Money spent for a "I dont know"

Changed out a part and tightened connections. No longer leaking.

my ac unit was leaking and the technician came out with no idea how to fix. he advised me that my drain pan was too large. i asked him what does a drain pan that sits 3 feet below a unit that is not even connected to the unit have to do with leaking water. my unit has never leaked before. when i called integrity to request another technician they were rude and unprofessional. i had someone tell me that they had me on the schedule for today then a tech never showed. when i called back another rep said i was never on the schedule. then because the technician advised my warranty company that the only issue was the drain pan it took me 3 days to get them to understand that the drain pan has nothing to do with my unit. the unit is 3 yrs old and I've never had a drop of water hit the drain pan because if it drained properly the water would run outside. the analogy i gave the company was 'if your car is leaking oil and you put a pan underneath the car my diagnoses wouldn't be to get a smaller pan to stop the leak." overall they were very unprofessional and obviously incompetent when it came to resolving my issue.

I used them several times. They did a great job. Nathan is the owner who came out with the tech pulled out my convection oven and realized it was a part, so that saved me a lot of money on having to replace the whole unit. I definitely recommend them to everyone. He has done work for my friends and family. He does excellent work.

I found Integrity through home warranty. So my only payment was the copay.Any issue I experienced with this repair was only with American Home Shield. Otherwise Integrity diagnosed the issue and repaired it in a timely manner once the warranty company stopped dragging their feet and ordered the parts.

This is a rental property for us. Called and was promptly scheduled for an appointment. Work performed in an efficient manner, and tenant went out of way to mention that they were professional and nice.

They were very prompt. They were able to get through ahead of schedule. I was satisfied with the work. I really wasn't satisfied with the price. I think it was a little high.

The guy I had was excellent, professional, and knowledgable. He was well spoken and explained what was wrong. He was also very nice and trustworthy.

I bought the refrigerator through Lowes. The person they sent out did great work.
