I have purchased several shrub from Indian creek and was going by to look at sunshine ligustrum and sky pencil holly. I pulled up in front of office area and got out of my car to shop and lady came out of front door (thinking she was going to help me with good customer service) and TOLD ME I CANT PARK THERE. NO ORANGE CONES OR SIGNS AND NOTHING INDICATED HANDICAP. She told me I could pull across parking lot and park. Needless to say I got in my car and drove off and will NEVER GO BACK!!

Description of Work: Will never use them again. Derrick planted substandard plants with the understanding that he would replace them if they didn't do well since these were all he had available at the time. He told two of us that, but says he never said it. He also said if we didn't have the sprinkling system on, we have no warranty. That was never mentioned or written anywhere. Guess he doesn't winterize his sprinkling system and apparently doesn't do landscaping if you don't have a sprinkling system. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

I will never go back to do business with them again. Not a trustworthy retailer.
Description of Work: When I called them on the phone, they told me that matched any competitor's prices. When I got there If found what I wanted. Loaded it in my truck and went in to pay. It was then they refused to match the prices (documented-not just my word). I walked out took the plants out of my truck and left.

My initial experience with Indian Creek was with one of their subcontractors that did landscape design for us. This service costs about $75/hour. We have a relatively small lot (less than 1/4 of acre lot), so we didn't expect this would be a very expensive venture. The end result cost us $375 (5 hours)...a little more than I expected (thought it would be around $200). I would suggest if you are using their landscape design subs, that it might be good to put a cap on the number of hours you want them to put in (i.e., I would now have told them, tell me what you can give me for about 3 hours of work). They did do a good job though. On the Indian Creek nursery side of the house, Stephanie Massey and her team out there are WONDERFUL. Stephanie has been with IC since they opened. She knows her plants inside and out (even better than some of the subs that do the landscape design). She helped line us up with some BEAUTIFUL plants. Everything looked quite healthy (not like going to one of those box stores where you have to weed through the nasty plants...everything is nice looking at Indian Creek). I would totally recommend them!
Description of Work: Utilized their Landscape design service plus purchased plants from them. Future plans on what we can do for upgrading the design in the rear of the house.

I hired a local contractor from a list provided by Indian Creek Nursery and, as a result, all of the plants for my backyard landscaping project came from Indian Creek Nursery. The contractor did a great job (that's a different review) and the plants he installed had a 1 year warranty attached. After a couple months, most plants survived while a few perished. The plants were replaced free of charge and with no hassle. Now, 8 months later most of the plants continue to flourish. Those that are not flourishing will be replaced because they are not the right plants for that area of the yard (full sun, drainage area). Separately, I purchased blueberry and blackberry bushes for my garden. The blackberry bushes managed to produce some fruit but grew at least 10 feet since they were purchased. I am looking forward to the fruit next year!
Description of Work: Purchased bushes, grasses, trees, and other plants for backyard landscaping.

Purchased several plants and had sever Aral of them die. When I had my yard service look at them, they said it was due to fungus, tried to treat them but several eventually died. Contacted the nursery and was informed by the owner that they do not guarantee their plants. Would not buy from them and recommend you avoid anyone who does not back their product! called around and most nurseries in the area have a 12 month guarantee, recommend you do your homework first, wish I did.
Description of Work: Purchased sevveral plants, to include some trees and shrubs.
