Responded promptly to my problem, came to my home 3 times, first to estimate what needed to be done, next to dig out area to reach leak, then return after pool was sufficiently drained to make the pipe join. tested the pipe thoroughly, and cleaned up well. Very cooperative, friendly, and professional. By far the best pool service I have dealt with in our 30 years of having a pool.

He came out very quickly after my quote request and after discussing the issues with the filter system he assured me that this would be an easy fix. I was pleased that he provided a contract, however, he took almost two weeks to deposit the initial payment and another two weeks after the job was completed. When I asked about the time frame for the repairs he informed me that he was very busy this time of year and he gave a window of almost a month. He ultimately came out approximately two and a half weeks after I signed the contract; part of the wait was him getting the parts from what he told me. It wasn't until during him explaining to us what he had done after and quot;completingand quot; his work that he informed us he wasn't at all familiar with DE filter systems and we subsequently learned that some of what he instructed us to do was incorrect. I insisted he return ASAP to repair all of the new leaks in the plumbing we were pointing out to him; he told us that they were so small that it wouldn't affect our bill (I paid for a completely repaired and correctly functioning filter system.) After he fixed the plumbing leaks he was walking me through the filter system and felt it necessary to emphasize the importance of not allowing the pump to run with no water in it, but at the very same time he was lecturing me the pump wouldn't prime (therefore was running dry,) because he had the filter in the incorrect position. He told me that our handle had been installed upside down, but it wasn't since all of the words are facing the right way. The next day we realized that the skimmers weren't sucking in water from the pool after running for about 15 minutes and a rather large air bubble would form in the filter basket. When I asked him about it he said it was a leak in our suction line. We later discovered that the problem was air seeping into the system via the improperly placed gasket/belt that joined the two halves of the grid enclosure. Once that was positioned properly the skimmers work beautifully. All in all, I wish I had used the other company despite the higher price and longer wait time.
