Overall, the work was of a good quality, but dealing with this person was a nightmare. Do not under any circumstances pay any money until the work is completed. I finally gave up on the last thing that they promised to fix. Punctuality, and responsiveness was a major problem.

It went very well, he was there about an hour, and replaced anything he moved or took off. very professional, and very friendly. I will defiantly use them again

The repairs went smoothly. The light fixture was done in about 10 minutes and the GFI was changed out in about the same amount of time. The technician, also took the time to check a few other outlets, just to make sure that there weren't any issues. As it turnd out, there was another GFI that needed to be replaced (and was done so at no additional charge).

I was sorry to see that Franks Electric had a F rating on your list. I have been using Frank for 25 years have found him to very friendly and one of the best electricains I have ever used. The Church that I attend also uses Franks Electric. He is a good man and a Decon in his Church. I think the problems the people had was probably with his son. Frank retired for a couple of years and turned the business over to his son. Frank has taken the business back over and his son no longer works there.

He was recommemded by a friend. We wanted to have some additional lights installed in our kitchen. We called and left a message. He called back aout a week later saying he lost our number. When he came by we told him what we needed and he said he would get back to us with an estimate. We didn't hear from him for a week so we called and left a message on his cell phone. He didn't call back. I finally found his office number and called him there. He answered and said he "had lost the estimate" but thought it was about $575.00 but the actual cost would "depend on what he ran into". He never offered to provide a written estimate. Needless to say we won't be doing business with him! Anybody that takes so long to reply, "loses" everything can't be expected to do a decent job.

We contacted our home warranty company for electrical service. Frank's Electric called. We asked for the company to forward us a copy of their license issued by the Alabama Electrical Contractors Board. The representative fax a copy of their city and state business licenses. We called back and restated that we need a copy of their trade licensed issued by the state of Alabama. The reps said he would contact his dad. The next day we received a voice mail that the owner laughed that we would ask for his license. The person further stated that if they were not licensed than the home warranty company would not have them go out to service properties and suggested we get another electrician. It became obvious that this company is not licensed and they are doing ELECTRICAL work. This is scary!!
