Description of Work: I had mold in my crawl space. The crawl space was cleaned to include the the radon barrier. Enviroscafe also installed a humidex to reduce the humidity in the crawl space to under 45% which will inhibit mold growth. | |The company also told me that I needed to have some maintenance on the radon mitigation system. They do not do Radon, Mitigation. I have since had a company another company I trust do the radon maintenance and EnviroSafe was correct about the Radon maintenance. It is a an excellent company. |

Description of Work: Removed and disposed of old insulation under the house. Cleaned, treated and removed all visible signs of mold under the house. Supplied 3rd party before and after testing of mold areas. Provided vapor seal under the house. Sealed vents under house. Installed Humidex unit to maintain lower humidity level.

Description of Work: They were very flexible and worked with us on the whole process. Our termite inspector came out the day after and confirmed it was a quality job. We still have some more work to do inside the house, but they did a very good job in the crawlspace.

Description of Work: They came out and cleaned the entire house heating/cooling duct work system and repaired a leak in the main trunk line flow duct and also fixed a small plumbing leak in a water pipe. They were very good and I will certainly use them again!

we noticed mold growing in our basement. Enviro safe came out, opened the wall found that there was still a slow leak from a pipe and advised us to call the plumber, which we did and repaired the leak. Envirosafe completed the remediation, gave us recommendations of drywall and paint repair and even left their air purifier system and drapes up while the drywall repair took place which cut down on dreaded drywall dust.

I hired EnviroSafe to test some mold that was growing in my closet at my home. I called EnviroSafe one afternoon and they were able to schedule an appointment early the following morning. They were extremely punctual, efficient, and professional. Once they entered my home they explained the process and what I could expect from the test/ results. They took samples of the infected items and sent them immediately to the lab to be tested. I was contacted sooner than I thought, only a day and a half later with both a written lab report and an oral explanation of the results. Additionally, EnviroSafe's cost was by far the lowest out of all the companies I contacted. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!

When mold was discovered, Envirosafe was the first company that I found that took an immediate interest in our problem. The others said I would need to wait several days before they could get with me. Terrell assessed the situation, described the remediation efforts required, and ordered his crew to contain the mold the first thing the next morning. He had an air scrubber installed. He provided confidence that he would remedy the situation in a timely manner. I highly recommend Envirosafe.
Description of Work: Mr. Nixon was prompt, professional, full of knowledge on mold remediation. He sealed our mold and left an air scrubber to clean the air as we sort out the reconstruction that is needed in the days ahead. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Had a bathroom renovation in progress when some mold growth was discovered.Contacted Envirosafe and they were very responsive and informative.They removed a small section of floorboard and cleaned up some surrounding areas and studs with chemical.They also performed an inspection of the crawl space and made future recommendations on improvements.Work was performed satisfactory.
