Received a call Thursday afternoon saying computer was ready for pickup. Easy, fast and affordable. Will definitely use these guys again. Top notch!

+ -1 morePrior to finding this company, I'd used the repair services at Best Buy, Circuit City, and Gigaparts in Huntsville, and was dissatisfied with the service and cost at all three. I have used this repair service on several occasions over the past 2 years, with several computers. In every instance the service has been exceptional in cost, quality, and promptness of repair.
Description of Work: Computer Man looked at the reason for my failed laptop Broadband card and connection, and installed a new one in both Windows and Linux. The technician had previously set up my laptop and printer so I can utilize both Windows and Linux online. I wanted to get away from Windows, but this solution provides both options. On a previous occasion, the Computer Man technician retrieved all my files from a crashed computer in a short time, and the cost was reasonable.
