Description of Work: They came out and hook up a Rinnai tank less water heater and gas logs.

Description of Work: My AC unit and thermostat were dead. I called the number about 5:05 PM and Chris Nave answered the phone himself. He said he could come by my house in Madison on his way home. He arrived about 20-25 minutes later, and figured out it was a blown fuse probably caused by a frayed wire. He taped up the wires with electrical tape and situated them back inside the unit (the original installer had left them hanging outside the unit, and I have to remember to mow around them -- I think a mower might have nicked them). It was working fine after all that. He charged $95 but I gave him five $20 since he came out so fast and was competent and honest.

Description of Work: Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling came out and troubleshoot on the a/c unit. We redid the house, so they were getting the heater ready.

Description of Work: Changed propane heat to natural, obtaining a permit that was not mentioned from the Gas district.Did a good job.

Description of Work: Our upstairs air conditioner unit failed on a very hot day. They were busy, but fit us in that day. Our repairman diagnosed the problem quickly, and even had the part in his truck. He replaced the capacitor, added freon, and he was done in record time. What really impressed me was how fast he worked, and that he actually had the part on his truck. Loved that we didn't have to suffer this Alabama heat for long!
