Description of Work: Repaired the roof and repainted a ceiling.

Description of Work: I used Cobalt Roofing and Construction. They did some painting. They were supposed to do some mudding of sheetrock and painting.

Description of Work: We had a leak that other companies had tried to repair, but couldn't. Cobalt give us an estimate along with 2 other companies. It wasn't the least expensive, but well worth the money. If I do any remodeling, roofing etc. I will be calling them.

Description of Work: Mr. Francis inspected my roof and gave me a quote to replace it. I had specific requirements in mind, and he was amenable to meeting them. He is personable, displays enthusiasm, and takes pride in his work. Although I only wanted a new asphalt shingle roof, he will install all kinds of roofs, and he is willing to try new types of materials and building methods. During the roofing inspection, he noticed some issues with my siding and offered to fix them during the roofing job. Mr. Francis roofed my neighbor's house (a very beautiful, expensive new home) and horse stable, and I have heard no complaints about the work. I had no qualms about using his services, and he was up there at the top of my list, but as I was very price conscious, I opted to use another contractor who gave me a lower bid. I would certainly consider using him in the future, should the need arise.

Description of Work: The entire roof was re-shingled. The roof looks beautiful and holding up well.Right before they were finished the area around my house looked messy but on their final cleanup everything was was fine.They really did an overall good job.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate to get some work done on my mother's house, and was told a tech would call me back. He did then asked that I text him the address and information, which I did. He said he would be there July 17. I text him again to try and get a time, but he never responded. Stayed home for an appointment, but no one ever called or showed.

Description of Work: The workmanship was the best I've seen. Cobalt stands by their work and are in constant touch throughout the process. eEvery complaint was addressed immediately and the people who did the work were above reproach.
