CM Landscape Services

Corey McMullen is the owner of CM Landscape Services, and the Vice President of Indian Creek Wholesale Nursery. His Father is the President of the Indian Creek Wholesale Nursery. His company did a terrible job of grading my yard. I have standing water in several places in my yard after it rains. It does not drain properly. The grass looks OK, but they never performed the turf maintenance I paid for, so the lawn did not get fertilized or sprayed for weeds during the first year after they laid the sod. I specifically hired them to do the turf maintenance because I wanted them to be responsible for the sod they sold me. I called and called them to try to get them to come out and spray the yard...do the pre paid for turf maintenance, but they always had an excuse...the truck was broken down or the sprayer was broken. After most of the year was gone, Corey finally told me that his company had folded and he sold my maintenance agreement to another company. I contacted the other company and they said this was not true. Corey later admitted that he had lied. Corey then told me that he would pay me back the money for the lawn maintenance...the amount is $572., but it would take "a couple months"...then he stopped returning my calls. Corey McMullen is listed as the "Vice President" at Indian Creek Wholesale Nursery...they shared the same building as CM Landscape Services. Coreys Father is the "President" of the nursery. I called the nursery repeatedly for months leaving messages asking for Corey to contact me, but I never received a return phone call...not once. I have finally gotten in touch with Corey through FaceBook and asked him to refund the amount I gave him for the one year of lawn maintenance I paid him for in advance. Corey is now telling me that he has filed for personal bankruptcy and that he is sorry but he will make no attempt to make things right with me. Corey is telling me to contact his attorney. I have contacted his supposed attorney, asking for the bankruptcy case number so I can make a claim, but have gotten no response. Weeks have gone by and I still have gotten no response from Corey's attorney...guess I'll write him another letter. Corey still has the CM Landscaping Service website and Facebook page up, and CM Landscaping Services shows up dozens of times in Google Searches, his personal bankruptcy doesn't seem to be keeping him from advertizing his "business". Further, he is paying an attorney to speak with the people he owes money to...these things cost money, but he doesn't have any money to pay his debts. Beware of any dealing that you may have with Corey McMullen and/or CM Services...since he is the "Vice President" of Indian Creek Wholesale Nursery, I will never do any business with them either.
