i purchased a whole set of appliances 1.5 years ago my refrigerator has stopped working i called to get it repaired i they said it is out of warranty i said i still need it fixed their response was they do not work on appliances that are out of warranty i need to call someone else a company that wont stand behind their products should not be in business

My wife & I bought a side by side refrigerator and high effiectency washer and dryer from Bob Wallace Appliances. They were very helpful towards explaining about the appliances. They delivered on time. The men that delivered were very courteous. When they unloaded the dryer, they discovered that it had been damaged and notified us immediately. They phoned back to their warehouse and another dryer was sent out. The only negative thing, was that it took probably 1 1/2 hours or longer to get the dryer to the house. But, once it was here, they finished installing it and the washer. Explained all the applicance operations to us, which had also been done at the store, but it was good to go back over it. I rated them a "B" and would actually give them an "A-". Not to often I will give someone/business an "A", unless everything is almost perfect.

They give great discounts. The installers were awful. They came totally unprepared, mishandled installing the device. I had to kick them out of the house it was so bad. They sent another crew out that wasn't able to install it as well. I ended up installing the dishwasher myself.
