+ -1 moreWe were unable to continue going forward due to staggering add-on costs. The home plan we selected was approx. 1700 sq ft, single story. We wanted to switch from a shingle roof to a metal roof. The cost was going to be an additional $15,000! And that included a credit for the original shingle roof. We had several other upgrade/add-ons in mind but realized there was no way we could afford them with this builder. They offer a nice product but I wanted nicer finishes than their base model.
Description of Work: We received price quotes from a floor salesman who did not seem very knowledgable about home building or home products.
