Air Essentials installed our HV/AC 10 years ago and continue to assist with annual maintenance to ensure quality maintenance. They cleaned out clogged dryer vents and improved our machines longevity. The staff are knowledgeable and the owners ensure customer care.

Excellent company, real pros, I highly recommend

These guys are unbelievable. We have a preventative maintenance contract with Air Essentials. Had a loud noise coming from the AC and called. We scheduled the appointment and, as has been every time we have ad an appointment, the tech showed up exactly within that time slot, which was a one hour window (not the typical "between 8 and 12"). Very quickly diagnosed the issue and made an adjustment, eliminating the noise. Told my wife what he did to fix it, thanked us for being a preventative maintenance customer, and drove off. Cost, none. This company continues to impress me, every single time.

They were able to get to me the morning after my call, which was unexpected. They had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 20 minutes. The professionalism and quality of these guys work is exceptional.

Great. They arrived and did all they said they would as quickly as possible (it was like a 4-6 hour job with HVAC turned off the entire time). It was a big expense on top of many other expenses and who likes paying out big sums of money for repairs? The angie's list coupon was honored and helped!

They refilled the coolant. They seem to be very honest about the evaluations that they give you. They don't try to overpush sales. They gave us an idea about how long our unit would last and the cost of a new one. I don't have a good comparison on price. They did call when they were running late.

Extremely well. I am very pleased with the work, professionalism, etc. The only reason I gave the price a B is because it just seems wrong to be happy about costs.. ;>) They also made several adjustments and cleaned some areas of both units that had obviously been neglected, even though I was on a maintenance program with another provider before this. I have dealt with Air Essentials before for duct cleaning and decided at that time they would get my business for the rest of my needs once my other contract expired. I wish my other contract had expired sooner, because these guys know their business. Travis came out, did the tune up service, then the next day came to repair the flashing. Everything looks great.

They showed up on time. Showed me pictures of our vents before and after. We were having to dust pretty much every other day and now it has been a couple weeks, with minimal dust showing up. We DID make sure and do a total dusting of the entire house within days after it was done, to be sure we would not see some of that dust getting blown around. They also cleaned the dryer vent while out, as a part of the price I noted above. There was a $100 discount for being an angie's list customer.

The techs arrived on time, and were very professional, personable and thorough. Will remembered being here in the past. They pointed out some issues we had with an out of align ductwork and fixed it. They did everything in good time and did it all very well. Their service is costly, but worth it- you get what you pay for- and I recommend anyone that has floor vents for their heating unit invest in their service. We have two large dogs, a husky and a malamute, and I know they bring lots dirt and dust into our all hard floored home, and despite cleaning every other day (vacuuming and such) we were still getting a lot of dust from our vents. I do shove the nozzle of the sweeper down the vent holes every so often, but that stuff just accumulates and you just have to start first with your deep cleaning with doing "what lies beneath". Very pleased with their service and surely will use in the future.

The $480 quote was for 3 hours of work. In reality the work lasted about an hour because they couldn't get into the furnace to clean it. When they cleaned the ductwork and turned the blower back on, a lot of dust and dirt blew back out into my rooms. They left the dust and dirt for me to clean up.

When they did the estimate, they explained exactly what they would do and how much it would cost. There were no hidden 'gotchas' or additional charges. The workman wasted no time and did a very thorough job. It was an interesting process to witness, and he answered all my questions.

Air Essentials cleaned all the duct work in a new building. We did this to remove construction sawdust. The room smelled very nice after they were done. While cleaning the ductwork, a wire came loose from our heating unit. An HVAC technician was called to fix this, who arrived within an hour. Everything was corrected, and I was pleased with the work done. Our dryer vent was also cleaned, and he crawled up under the house to inspect the duct for any problems.

I had used Air Essentials several times to clean my fire place with great results. Last year we had several problems scheduling a cleaning and I gave them a bad review. They cleaned my fire place today and WOW what a great job! All is forgiven for last years scheduling problems, GREAT JOB!!!!!!

I got a very quick return call after i contacted Air Essentials and an appointment was made for the initial inspection visit. The inspection was $125.00, which was subtracted from the final bill. They were on time for the inspection and the appointment to clean and deodorize, which took most of the day. They were courteous and worked hard until finished. My wife and i are very satisfied with the cost and the job they did. Their truck did not leak all over the driveway like many of the service vehicles we have had at the house. They cleaned everything spotless, as if they had never been here. They were very careful to move any furniture that was blocking air vents and any dust or dirt around the air vents was cleaned up completely. As they were doing the job, they would stop momentarily to provide a status update so we knew what was going on at all times. The following day we received a call from them ensuring everything was working fine and the smell had been eliminated. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work. We will never have anyone else work on our home or automobiles that are not listed on Angie's List.

First I called the gas company and they came and checked it and said it was the heater. Air Essentials came out and said it was the gas line. I told him that I already had the gas company out and they said it was the heater. He couldn't find anything wrong with the heater so I paid them and he went on his way. The heater was on and I could still smell gas so I didn't know what to do. It was definitely from the heater because he turned it off and as soon as he turned it back on, we could smell gas outside the house. They ended up calling me to see if I was ready to get a check on my heater and A/C unit for the spring check because they are supposed to do it twice a year in the spring and fall. I told them I didn't know what to do because the guy had already been out. She said that she was sending him back out and he tore the system apart and found the problem. He said that the heater was broken and the gas was escaping through there. It took them 2 times coming out. The second time he was very thorough and found the problem and gave me a realistic expectation of the heater. He charged $90 for the first visit and there was no charge for the second visit. It was an emergency type thing and he responded immediately. The price was fine.

Came out the same day I called. Arrived on time and got to work. Efficient and professional. I would definitely use again.

They arrived on time and setup their equipment and cleaned the vent. They cleaned up after they were done. They were very professional. I used the coupon from Angie's list for a 10% savings!

I initially scheduled a service call to have my dryer vent cleaned. However, the technician took photos from the crawl space to show me that the existing duct work was poorly installed, made of weak material, and was taped together with packing tape. He recommended replacing the duct work and I agreed. He was able to come back later that day to perform this service. The work was completed in an efficient, timely manner and seems to be of high quality. They cleaned up 100% (always appreciated) and showed me the photos of the new duct work in the crawl space. He even spray painted the outdoor vent cap to closely match our siding. We are very pleased with their workmanship and are considering using this company to clean our air ducts.
