Bought kitchen supplies from this company. Placed my order on 7/24/08, never received any order confirmation, tracking number, nothing. They didn't have any trouble taking my money however. After 11 days passed and an unanswered e-mail or 2, I called and was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Turns out my order didn't meet the minimum order requirements, but nobody bothered to e-mail me or call to let me know, how nice. Spoke to a "Customer Service" rep (Pat), she's the one who told me my order didn't meet the minimum order criteria and asked if I'd order a larger quantity. I agreed, in retrospect, I should of demanded my money back right then and there. I later canceled the order, I'm still waiting for a refund. Avoid this company and website at all costs, very poor customer service to say the least.
