Eric was prompt, courteous, responsive and performed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend and hire again in the future.

Job went very well. Showed up on time and finished complete installation the same day. Erik the owner, asked that we inspect the first window, to make sure we were satisfied before proceeding. If we had any questions, or voiced any concerns, Erik was quick to address them. The quality of the windows is very good.

It was a great experience working with Erik. While cleaning the gutters, he discovered that the roof needed some repairs. He took care of finding someone to repair the roof and coordinated time and day for those repairs. It was a very stress-free experience.

Great! Eric and his crew were knowledgeable, competent and professional. We had a problem with part of the gutter system preventing the water from draining to the downspout. The problem was assessed and corrected. Since it has not rained much (in fact, not at all) the solution has not been tested, but Eric assures me they will return to correct, if necessary. While the crew cleaned up afterwards, we noticed, after they had left, that some debris that had not been cleared. Eric immediately (within an hour) returned and corrected the oversight.

Erik and his crew did an excellent job! They cleaned the gutters, and cleaned up debris before leaving. I had an opening in my schedule, and Erik was able to complete the job immediately. I will definitely use him again.

Erik was very responsive to phone calls and getting things set up. Gutters installed beautifully. Because the distance to the site was a little much, we were able to send pictures and figure things out over the phone. I would recommend Erik and his crew to anyone. Erik was very prompt in coming out to give me an estimate, and waited very patiently while my small renovation project grew and grew! He dropped off samples of gutters so that I could match the color, and made sure that I was satisfied with my choice. He stays in touch on when he will be coming, and comes on time. He spent time with me after the installation to let me know what to look for that might be a problem, and is coming back in three months to check on the gutters at no charge. And he is very good about cleaning up before he leaves!

Erik and his team are awesome in every respect...they are courteous, professional, friendly very reasonably priced...all the things you expect every company should provide. Erik provided a free estimate and suggested I get estimates from other companies. Right from the start, that action made me think that he realizes people shop around for the best price/product, so it put him at the top of my list. I had already received one other estimate and was waiting on a third. After I received the third, my mind was made up. Although Erik's was not the least expensive, I decided to go with his company. I was not disappointed at all. He showed up on time with his team, asked me to walk around the house with him so he could explain placement of downspouts, etc., and went right to work. The house had never had gutters on it, so it was a clean install. It took about 2 and a half hours. After the installation, Erik explained that I should observe how the rain is directed from the downspouts, and if there are any issues with anything, he will return to correct them. During yesterday's downpour, I walked around the house and saw that all the rain water from the roof was being directed away from the house instead of continuing to deepen the moat that years of rains had created. Eric was prompt, professional and his estimate was exactly what I paid. He actually worked me in ahead of schedule and made sure he contacted me prior to coming to the house. I would definitely recommend his work to others!

Erik did a great job. I contacted him through Angie's list on Wednesday morning. He was able to come out that afternoon to provide an estimate and then returned to do the work on Thursday afternoon. He paid good attention to detail and doing a neat job. While he was cleaning gutters he noticed some hail damage to roof shingles and pointed it out and called a roofing contractor to come inspect it for me. I will definitely use him again.

Erik is the real deal. He came out and gave me an estimate the same day that I called. They did the work as promised two days later. Very professional. The job was done perfect. I'm picky about working on my house and do a lot of the work myself. These are the guys you want to hire. They are legit.

Erik was prompt, professional, and polite. We had several quotes for the work, and Erik was by far the most reasonable. He was also the only provider who didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary products. About a year after we had the gutters installed, I was worried that there was a problem with one of the downspouts; Erik came out and diagnosed and corrected the problem (a clogged downspout) and we haven't had any trouble since.

This is our second time using A 1. Eric took the job on short notice and worked us in. He was punctual and did an outstanding job. A 1 does a great job of providing accurate quotes and does not attempt to add charges after the work starts. The workmanship was excellent. I will use A 1 in the future and would highly recommend them.

Mr Erik MARTIN and his crew was very professional. A-1 was on the job exactly the time he said they would be. took about the amount of time he had said it would take. Erik and his crew were very skilled in what they were doing They made sure the area was clean before departing. Mr. Martin made sure we understood the labor warranty and the warranty on the materials. .

They provided the services we requested at the time arranged in a friendly and professional manner. Erik does a great job explaining what they will be doing and when. He did his best to accomadate our schedule, and his follow up communication is great.

To sum up: make sure these guys are on your short list. Or just call them! Our house had a lot of deferred maintenance when we bought it. The gutters were rotted out in some places, leaking at some joints, and overflowing in multiple places. We requested quotes for complete replacement which all came in at roughly the same price, but A-1 was the clear standout. While one of the other vendors literally told us to go inside and sit down and then came in with a quote to duplicate what we already had, Erik asked us to walk him around and show him what we needed to address. He also gave us a pretty comprehensive education in gutters, water flow, the plusses (and minuses) of additions such as gutter covers or corner splash guards, and so forth. Better than a weekend class at a big box store! Another difference was in the wood repairs the companies were willing to take on. While other vendors specifically limited their work to fascia boards, Erik and his team included replacing some damaged soffits and even a section of vertical trim that had been damaged by a leaking downspout next to it. Erik gave us a date that they were available when he came to do the quote, and they did indeed do the work on that day with a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way. Erik (and Colby and Billy if memory serves) did a thorough and professional job, and were pleasant and courteous while doing it. Once the old gutters were down they discovered that the fascia damage was more extensive than originally thought but still completed the work that day. All of the carpentry done was of excellent quality and painted to match the existing fascia and trim. We cannot see where their work ends and the original woodwork starts. The gutter replacement was also done very well with the straight runs angled well to drain toward the downspouts,. Erik made some changes to the original gutter layout by adding one downspout, changing the way two dormer downspouts drain into the first floor gutters, and changing the discharge angle on two downspouts (which fixed a minor issue with hard rains washing out some of our landscaping mulch). At the end of the day they did an excellent cleanup around our house. We've now had a few months and lots of rain of varying intensity to test the installation. Our new gutters are doing a great job and have fixed all the issues we had. We're very pleased and would recommend A-1 to anybody.

They cleaned my gutters, including some very high up on the house. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. This is the second time I have used them. I expect to continue to use them in the future.

They called before they came out to let me know they were on the way, arrived on time, and immediately got to work. Did not try to sell me things I didn't need, but found out what the problems were and recommended appropriate fixes. I was impressed with their work, and will definitely use them again.
