He did everything he said he would do. He was very easy to work with. I would definately call him again. I appreciated the fact that he was very frank with. He did not leave anything to doubt.

He did a great job. I plan to have him every year to clean the gutters.

It went great. They kept us informed about the time of their arrival since it was dependent upon previous jobs and once they got there they evaluated everything and got the repairs done quickly. Followup: I called A-1 Gutters back because we did have a corner to leak. Erik called back a couple of days later to inform me they were on their way to the house and they repaired the leaking corner and rechecked all of them for free. Wonderful service and great to work with!

Erik came out at the time we agreed upon and gave us a lot of good information about our gutters. His price was fair, and in 25 minutes our gutters looked fantastic. Highly recommend A-1.

What I especially like is how Erik Martin takes time to explain everything and he took pictures so that I could have a visual of what he was telling me. I highly recommend this company as being honest, reasonably priced, very thorough, returned calls promptly, they showed up when they said they would, and went the extra mile to do a few things they saw needed doing without charging me more. FANTASTIC!!! Never had to call this company twice. Eric, the owner, was almost always available when I called, or responded quickly in the event I had to leave a message. Very courteous and professional and seemed to really care about the work he and his crew were doing, as well as getting us the best price out there. The guys that were working with him were always kind and professional, as well. They all even took their shoes off before coming into the house! Eric went over all my options with me, made sure I understood what had to be done and then did exactly what he said he would do. I trust this company completely and am extremely impressed with the service, the products received and my overall experience with them. Arrived on time, discussed the project with me and made suggestions. Did an excellent job, completed it quickly and left no debris.

We had our whole house and detached garage vinyl siding cleaned because it had green and black mold and was dirty. Now it looks like a new house. It was a lot of siding, and they worked very hard. The price was very reasonable, and I will definitely get it done again in a few years.

I contacted Erik after reading all the positive reviews on Angie's List. He was very professional and easy to get in touch with. He came out the next morning and gave me an estimate for the work. I didn't have a big job, about 30 ft. of gutter on the back and about 5 ft. in the front, due to the pitch in my roof that was all that was needed. The estimate was very reasonable so I scheduled the work to be done. Erik and his crew came out 2 days later and installed the gutters. He was on time and even called to tell me he was on his way. It took less than an hour to finish the job. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Erik and his crew.

Erik and his crew arrived on time. They had the gutters installed in no time. Before they left Erik made sure I knew what to look out for if they werent draining right. He didnt charge me for cleaning out the gutters that was already installed on the back of the house, even fixed the down spout that was installed backwards from another company at no charge. We will definitely use A1 gutters again.

The owner, Erik, was very responsive and professional. He and his crew came to my house on time. They did a good job for very competitive price. They also found some defect in the siding and fixed it with no additional cost. I will hire Erik again in the future and I am going to recommend him for my neighbors.

I cannot recommend Eric enough. He and his crew are super professional, timely, respectful and reasonably priced. I originally just got disgusted with how my gutters were (not) working and wanted them torn off. He asked to see if he could get them working correctly instead. Gave it a shot, they fabricated some and restored some others. Well, he did get them all working. Cleaned my roof with a leaf blower while at it. And my driveway. And sidewalk. And scooped out my fish pond that leaves got into from the leaf blower off the roof. Really nice crew of hard working guys. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Crew showed up as scheduled and immediately began working. Old gutters/downspouts were removed and all new seamless aluminum were installed. Color that I selected and also recommended by Erik (the owner of the company) matched existing trim color. They had the old gutters hauled away. Prior to starting installation, Erik and I did another 'walk around' to discuss any issue areas and/or recommended downspout locations to finalize the total project. Original 'walk around' was done when Erik came (which was as promised) to give me an estimate for the job. After finishing the actually gutter replacement, the crew then did a thorough check and cleaned up any debris resulting from the job. The total crew did an excellent and very professional job. I am totally pleased with the job and highly recommend A-1 Gutters.

Mr. Martin was called on 3/20/15 and appointment was scheduled for 3/25/15. They arrived at approximately 9 am. He said that he would evaluate the entire system provide me an estimate and could fix it immediately with my approval. He provided me an estimate within 30 minute, I agreed and within 30 or 40 minutes he completed the work. They were very professional and polite. They left the yard spotless and I felt very pleased with the workmanship.

It went awesome! Erik was responsive and on time. I called for an estimate and he emailed it to me when he said he would. After receiving his estimate I chose to get another estimate just for comparison. The second estimate was over twice as much as Erik's! The price was not the only factor, however, it was the 84 other A ratings that he received from Angie's list. Now I know why he is #1! He does a good job and price his goods and services fairly. He is not out to gouge anyone. I definitely will recommend him and definitely will use him again in the future! Please do not hesitate to get in touch with him for the jobs you want done. He did not push or attempt to persuade our selection and in fact indicated any one of the three solutions provided would work. The replacement price of $900 was very reasonable so I accepted it on the same day. Plus there was a 10% discount for utilizing Angie's List. The installation was scheduled for the following Friday at our convenience. They called before coming out as scheduled on Friday and finalized the installation same day. Mr Martin explained the installation process and added ideas that were very insightful and apparent that he knew his craft. The crew was excellent and conscientious to ensure no damage to building or landscaping. They did an excellent job cleaned up any debris and hauled it away. The job was a complete success and I would definitely recommend their service.

Erik and his crew are AWESOME!! Someone threw a canned drink through our window in the middle of the night. Erik came out on Saturday morning to give me an estimate. I was happy to know that he could replace the glass pane and not have to replace the entire window. I had him look at another window that had a broken pane and he said he could fix that one also. He was upfront letting me know that the glass would have to be ordered and it would be a few days before he could get it. He called me a few days later and let me know the cost. We set up a time today and he had it done before I could get home to meet. I also have a storm window that is broken and Erik took the time to go to Habitat Restore to see if he could find replacement glass for that. Unfortunately after going through about 40 windows, he could not find one that would fit. He let me know approximately what it will cost to have the glass replaced. I wasn't able to have him do that now, but I really appreciate him taking the time and making the extra effort. Erik also gave me great advice about some improvements that I'm planning to make. He is definitely helping me save some money. Erik and his crew replaced my gutters last spring and did an excellent job. He is very affordable and I can't say enough about him. I plan to have him come and do more work at my house. I highly recommend A 1 Gutters.!!!!

Erik replied to my request for estimate promptly. He is courteous and professional at all times. We agreed to a price and he stayed within that budget. He and his crew arrived on the day scheduled and despite the weather, completed the majority of the task in one day. He maintained continuous communication with me throughout the job, keeping me apprised of any issues or problems that he noticed.He provided the name of a roofing contractor when he noticed that squirrels had chewed off the exhaust vents on my roof.He provided a detailed description of trouble spots in and around my gutters and made recommendations to handling the gutter loving squirrel problems. Again, Erik was extremely professional at all times. Prompt and in full communication with me during the repair. I could not have asked for a better contractor.

Spoke with Erik, owner, and described my problem. I had 25 feet of gutter that came down in storm. Noticed that fascia wood was rotten due to short shingles from previous roof job. Erik was prompt to provide an estimate and to take care of the job. He also had to replace a 1x6 behind the fascia that was damaged. His team did great work at a fair price. Also, I asked if his crew could replace some bulbs in two high, hard-to-reach security lights for a slight upcharge. Highly recommend A-1 Gutters! Professional!

I called Erik, the owner of A-1 Gutters, for an estimate to possibly install vinyl and new gutters on my mothers house which is now a rental house. This Angies account is under her name, Ellen Burchfield, but I am her daughter, Susie Farmer, writing this review. Erik met with me at the house and we discussed the best options for installing vinyl over the fascia / eves and replacing the gutters. He explained that any rotted wood will be replaced before installing the vinyl. The problem with the leaking gutters was the pitch was not correct and the lack of adequate downspouts. He chose a color that matched exactly the color of the current paint on the trim of the house so I did not have to repaint the windows or doors. Before and during the installation process he explained everything they were doing so I would know what to expect. When installing the gutters he explained what was necessary to correct the leaking problems that we had dealt with and tried fixing for several years. Erik knows his business and has a great crew that work with him. They were all neat and courteous and cleaned up after completion. Erik is very professional and takes pride in his work. The house looks wonderful, wish it had been done several years ago. I plan on using Erik and his crew again on some other rental houses to install new windows first of next year. I compared window type, quality, and insulation factors from where he locally gets his materials. He can install a better insulating window with the same warranty as the "other" window companies for a more reasonable price.
