Working with Ben and Zach was one of the most pleasurable experiences my wife and I have gone through in terms of home renovation. The entire process was seamless. From floors, to painting, to island construction, Ben was proactive in communicating with us the entire way. We never had to wait more than a few hours for a response from Ben and being amateur remodelers ourselves, Ben was more than helpful in answering the 20,000 questions my wife and I had for him along the way. Excellent. Ben was very patient and listened to my ideas and gave me suggestions for my projects. He is a perfectionist and his work shows that, my 40 yr old home looks brand new. I trusted him and his company to work on my home while I was staying in another city, and they took care like it was their own, always careful to clean up after. Will definitely use this company again, I have one more bathroom to remodel. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations in every area...we were very anxious about the work because this was for a second home where we do not reside full-time. There were no surprises; everything was done well and as scheduled and Ben Arnold kept us fully informed as to progress and sent photos. He is knowledgeable/knows what he is doing and gave us some great ideas as well as anticipating any concerns. Additionally, he was very responsive; when we called, he either spoke with us or called us back every single time. We asked him for business cards so we could refer friends and neighbors and definitely will call him back for any future projects. Would rate as 5++ stars out of 5!

Ben started the project on time and worked steadily until completion. All delays with the work were caused by supplier delays (ie. Home Depot), but Ben coordinated and made these delays go smoothly. Finished work was outstanding and very, very happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend using Ben for future home projects. His team was excellent. They showed up on time and regularly communicated with us step by step about the status of the remodel.

Had 4 estimates from 4 different companies, but meeting Ben with Pepper’s construction was such a relief as he had patience, constructive ideas and he explained how things would go from start to finish. This was my first remodel and I completely leaned on him for ideas, and with his extensive knowledge with remodeling he patiently explained how he could turn my ideas and pictures from magazines into what my beautiful kitchen looks like now. I am so pleased with my beautiful new kitchen and can’t wait for Ben and Pepper’s construction to re do my bathrooms!!

I met with the respective agent. When I said I wouldn't be able to begin until late July his attitude changed. I went from getting a written quote to a number written on the back of his business card all in the name of "saving both of us some time". I felt "Peppers" agent could have been more professional. On top of that, he was 15 minutes late for our scheduled appointment. And arrived in a private vehicle, not one that represented "Peppers". I would never use this business based on this interaction. Such a sorry excuse for a business representative. Maybe he was "hungry" for a job. That speaks volumes about the business because other companies I contacted were booked months in advance. They wouldn't even come give me an estimate because they were busy 3 months out.

I cannot say enough good things about Ben Arnold's outstanding work. Initially, I asked him just for an estimate on remodeling my circa 1976 upstairs full bathroom, and Ben's estimate beat the others by a landslide! After we discussed the work to be done in the upstairs bathroom, I immediately led him to my kitchen and then my downstairs bathroom, as well. All of his work was impressive. His estimate of both time and money were fair and accurate. He hustles and gets things done! He also has a great eye for quality and color. I could not be more pleased. Ben let me know when he would be arriving, when he would be done for the day, when he would be back the next day, and always a summary of the things that he would be doing next. He kept me apprised about fixtures and supplies that I would need to get--both when he gave me his estimate, as well as while he was completing the projects so that nothing got delayed. He is very trustworthy and dependable, and has an excellent work ethic. He hustles! I have a 2 story house, and I got used to hearing him run at a fast trot up and down the stairs when he was completing the bathroom remodel! Ben was fastidious about cleaning up, and protecting surrounding areas from being affected by his work. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and as a result, I am an extremely satisfied customer! My house that he updated went up for sale the other day, and already the interest is very high. (My realtor told me it was the largest open house she has had, and has additional appointments lined up to see it.) Now, I can't wait for him to work his magic on a few projects in my new house! Oh--and before I hired him, I also checked him out on the Better Business Bureau, where he has an A+ rating. I highly recommend Ben for any of your interior contracting needs. He knows what he's doing, and how to get it done right.

Amazing work! We absolutely love our new bathroom and finished floors! Ben and his team were very professional, showed up on time each day and actually finished the job a couple of days ahead of schedule. The quality of work is absolutely fantastic, no short cuts (I am a very picky customer)... and no need to constantly watch over his shoulder to make sure the job is done to your liking, he was already ahead of me which was very important! Without hesitation I would recommend Ben and PHI to others, in-fact I already have! Thank you PHI team!!

Ben gave us three choices, in three price categories, including wood on the low end. We went with a heavy-duty aluminum rail system that looks much better than what is offered by the Big Box Stores. Ben ordered the rail and it took about three weeks to get here. He installed the rail in the most professional way that could possibly be done, along with his helper. I was totally impressed with Ben's work. He measured over and over and snapped a line to make sure it was even across the front of the porch, which is about 40 feet long! He used epoxy in the concrete screw holes to secure the screws in the concrete, which was excellent. Ben didn't let the heat stop his work. The new rail looks great and is VERY sturdy. I am so glad I found Ben to do this work. He has several licenses in different areas. I highly recommend Ben Arnold. Highly.

Ben arrived promptly Monday morning and kept us informed of issues with the repairs and accepted added work at an increased cost to us. I would definitely use Ben in the future with similar smaller repair jobs and would consider using him on larger jobs.
