Daniel Fields Plumbing Repair

I had an active leak from a repair that a plumber fixed previously, I could not get anyone to respond, but Daniel came out the same day, and was able to fix my issue. He did impeccable work, and was very honest about everything that needed to be done. Definitely would refer him. He was excellent!

We had water leak for the 3rd time. Called Daniel and he and his crew came out within hours. We already knew our house needed to be re-piped. He was able to get the job done very quickly. Daniel and his crew were awesome. Highly recommend-and he also worked with us when it came to payments.

My household experienced a major water leak over the weekend. I was out of town for work, so my wife handled lining up a contractor to fix the plumbing. Daniel Fields Plumbing did the work and my wife says his crew did impeccable work. My wife paid for the work, but there is one outstanding issue that wasn't fixed. My wife's calls to him started going directly to VM. I contacted him this AM to discuss the issue. Mr. Fields threatened to beat my F'in A$$ over the issue, even after I said I understood it might be outside the initial scope and additional costs incurred. An Owner threatening violence because he feels a customer is dissatisfied or questioning his work is unprofessional.

CALLED A UTILITY REPRESENTATIVE, HE TOLD ME TO CALL A PLUMBER. CALLED DANIEL FIELDS, HE SHOWED UP IN 10 MINUTES. I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND DANIEL WENT TO WORK WITH HIS CREW. THEY ASKED ME IF I HAD A SEWER TAP. I WASN'T SURE BUT TOLD THEM THAT A PREVIOUS REPAIR PROFESSIONAL COULDN'T FIND ONE. DANIELS TEAM FOUND IT IN 5 MINUTES. THEY PUT A VIDEO LINE CAMERA INTO THE PIPE AND SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM. THEY UNCLOGGED THE PIPE SO WE COULD USE OUR TOILETS. A GAS MAIN HAD COMPROMISED THE CITY'S SEWER LINE. THE CITY CAME OUT AND APPROVED THE REPAIR AT THEIR EXPENSE. THANK YOU DANIEL, YOUR TEAM IS SIMPLY AWESOME

Did all the work in a timely manner and for a good price!

He didn't do work himself, had his 2 helpers do it. They did good job changing the water lines, but did not tighten the toilet bolts under toilet tank, flooded bathroom, bed room and closet floor, tried to tell me it was already leaking before they came in. Then left a large hole in back of toilet in master bath. I ask him if he could fix it, he said no. For the money I spent, he said I would get top notch job. It was not top notch. The water lines are fine, except for large hole in my wall. Three days later he changed both toilets, he did his self, which were done just fine. I would use him again only if he did the work him self.

It did not fix the problem. For 2 weeks we kept calling him and he kept giving us the run around. We finally called a different pumber to get it fixed, and it was a very easy fix.

He called him and I was kind of in a panic, it was Friday afternoon about 3:30 and I was afraid if I didn't get somebody I would be stuck with that mess all weekend. He had just driven all the way back to his office and he turned all the way back here just probably about fifteen miles. He was here pretty soon, he was here 30 or 45 minutes after I called him.

Very well, good job, very experienced, considerate and likable.
