I like the deal; the siding is good and he gave a lifetime warranty on his personal work thus he will come back and repair anything if you have any problems. He was just personable, on time, he had all the information that I needed with him. It was a pleasant estimate and I felt good after he left.

 + 0 moreIt went exceedingly well. When the job was bid they told us up front that they were scheduled for the next four weeks. It ended up being seven weeks but we had a long stretch of very bad weather over which they had no control. They estimated that it would take three days and by working some long hours they met that schedule. Cleanup was done on a daily basis and then one final sweep upon completion. Very happy with the roof and the workmanship.
Description of Work: Installed new metal roof on a house that other roofers had backed away from because it was a very difficult installation. Also installed gutter protectors.

Description of Work: We were looking for a roofer and we were going to just get shingles put on cause it has been several years since we had a new roof, we had two different roofing companies come and give us a price on 30 year shingles, (1) was WPI and the other I can't remember what companey they were from but the price was approximately $4,500.00 for a 30 year shingled roof, so my husband was asking around about a metal roof and (2) people recommended Gann's so my hubby called him up and they came out the sane day and gave us an estimate that really worked for us just a $1,100.00 more than the shingle roof and this is a lifgetime metal roof and we signed the contract that very day, now we do have to wait for 4-6 weeks becasue they are that booked up. The guy that came out was very professional and my hubby really was impressed by the way the guy handled business. Around April the 8th is when we are expecting them to come and roof our house and we can't wait we've always wanted a metal roof. We are also getting new windows in our home and we had been referred to McDaniels Windows and Doors and we were very impressed with McDaniels too, and we found out that Gann's did windows also, but we are so glad we got McDaniels to do our windows and doors and Gann's to do our metal roof. I will respond again on how efficient the jobs went and how satisfied we are with their service.

 + -1 moreContract had been executed earlier in the year (2012), but actual work was not scheduled until March. Team of 2 people arrived promptly on the scheduled date and worked 8 hours per day until job was finished, approximately 5 days. Installation reqjuired custom fitting, cutting, and installation the soffit and fascia around the complete exterior perimeter of our home. The job was very difficult because our house is built on a steep hillside and much of the work was done in high, hard to reach areas. Team worked very carefully around our home to avoid any damage and cleaned all debris each day before leaving. After final day, even though we were not at home, they cleaned up all debris and left the area pristine.

 + 0 moreCalled for estimate. Representative provided a firm date for someone to survey the job and develop the estimate. The company representative arrived at the designated date and time, performed the survey, developed the estimate in real-time, and established a date for installation. They returned on the agreed date, custom fabricated the gutters and other associated materials, and installed them within about one hour. The installation was professionally done, the gutters work properly and look great. We have already contracted with them to install soffit and fascia for our home as well.
