The two installers were very good, however their office failed to give them the specifications for the local codes which are much more restrictive than the national code or the state code. This resulted in the local code inspectors insisting on major changes in the way the electrical wiring was done. This forced the installers to completely undo and redo almost everything that they had done. To their credit, the installers maintained a good attitude and complied with the code inspectors instructions. I am sure that it must have been frustrating to have the code inspectors come three separate times and insist on different changes each time. If their office had provided them with the same engineering plan as they had provided the city inspectors, the installers would have done the work according to local codes the first time. I can't blame the installers. They worked very hard, did a very good job, and maintained a professional attitude throughout the ordeal.

Two electricians, Trent and Pete, arrived on time, and their work was terrific. They were professional, skilled, and incredibly effective at getting the the work done. They moved quickly from task to task, installing light fixtures, offering advice, answering questions, and cleaning up the work area. It was the best experience I have had in using electrical contractors in the past 25 years. I would use Current Electrical again, without hesitation. These guys did a great job, and i felt every dollar was really well spent.

Salesman gave sizing and price we agreed. Settle on installation date to my needs. Installed very professionally. They will do servicing 10 yrs warranty posts & labor.

After waiting for 2 hours I called to find out the scheduled technician had not come to work. It was another 2 hours before they could get someone here. Unfortunately he used wire and a receptacle rated for 15 amp service. When I discovered this I called them about it. They sent another technician out a few days later and redid the job with the correct materials.

Overall installation went very well. New light and switch was installed and end result was better than expected.

Keith arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done, and began with the ceiling fan. He assembled, installed, wired it up to two switches (light and fan), and tested it. It worked fine. He then determined which outlets in the kitchen needed GFCI outlets and promptly began to install them. He completed the installation of two GFCI outlets within a few minutes, tested them, and they worked fine. He provided covers for the outlets for a minimal charge. Keith worked efficiently and effectively to install both the fan and outlets in less than two hours.

Work went as scheduled. Personnel were very professional and cleaned up behind themselves. Generator functions perfectly and is much quieter than the older model (non-Generac). Answered all my questions about the new generator and took their time to complete the job. A true turn-key install.

I am not satisfied with them because in the fine print of the deal it stated that HDTV wall mounting was included but they informed me that they would not honor the deal because of insurance reasons. They need to make sure that they honor what is published on the website because it comes off as false advertisement.

Diagnosed problems other electricians had failed to find. Replaced battery and fuses, Reprogrammed exercise function. Tested operation and followed through on job quickly and thoroughly. Provided instructions on operation and maintenance, including catching needs other electricians had failed to find. Great people -- very professional and friendly. Easy to deal with and prompt. No complaints whatsoever. Very happy with Current Electrical & Generator Services.

Everything turned out fantastic and clean. Every time we have had contact with them, they've shown up when they're supposed to show up. They do what they are supposed to do. The work area is always clean whenever they get done. There's no loose wires or anything on the ground. The office is extremely pleasant. I cannot say enough about them. They are actually amazing. Quality is fantastic. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They connected a propane line to the generator; they did the electrical work for the Generator; they called Sand Mt Electric and coordinated seamlessly with them; they tested the generator; they got along with our dog; they cleaned up after themselves.

The technician was very prompt and explained everything he did. We had prepaid on Angie's list and the work for which I had called did not require all the time so he spent the rest of the time clearing up some other issues that I had and answered several questions I had about the wiring in my house.

From my first phone call, Current Electrical and Generator Services was responsive, on time, and very professional. The salesman did a thorough assessment of my needs and presented various options for me to consider. There was good communication with the office. They took care of communication with both the gas and electric company and called to make sure that the scheduled date for installation was still convenient for me and made sure I knew in advance exactly what was going to be happening. The installers arrived on time and were polite and efficient. All in all it was a pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is considering installing a generator.

Charlie was great! Friendly, efficient, punctual and didn't leave a mess. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We will be using this company again and highly recommend them!

Very courteous and professional! When I did not know what kind of lighting to get (so many choices), they recommended, installed, and showed me how to work the system. It saved me on my lighting bill. Then, they suggested how to connect the work shed for power, and even worked on a per hour basis rather than an estimate, which also save me about $100. While the work is not yet finished (they need to install a light fixture), I am very pleased with their work, and expect to do more in the future with them.

Steve showed up with a great attitude and got to work right away. After 5 hours he was able to get our plugs, lights and TV back in working order. His professionalism and electrical skill sets were top notch. The guy knows what he is doing and is extremely competent. I highly recommend Current Electric for any tough electrical issues. They are without a doubt one of the best in North Alabama.

Excellent service! Used Angie's List coupon for two hours of service (plus parts). Scheduled visit in a timely manner. Work was needed to address home inspection finding for sale of property. Electricians were punctual, professional, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. Work went quickly. Fellows cleaned up after themselves. My wife was very pleased! I highly recommend these folks and will use them for future work on our new home.

We were VERY impressed with this company. Their work was efficient and reasonably priced, but most impressive was their attention to customer service. They were running about 15 minutes behind schedule because the job prior had run longer than expected, BUT they called to let me know!!! They did not leave me wondering! The technicians were polite and explained exactly what they needed to do and how they were going to do it! We will DEFINITELY use them in the future!
