BJ came to my house on time to give me an estimate. He promptly sent a statement of the planned work and the cost. We scheduled the day and time the work would be done. He was in touch as needed by text. Again he arrived promptly. He completed the assigned work in three and a half hours. He communicates throughout the processes. The work that was done was replacing three outdoor decorative lights. (In the freezing cold!) He centered and hung a heavy wall mirror and many other pictures and decorative ornaments throughout the house. He picked up the lamps texted pictures of them before hand. Excellent job!

He was able to come to my house, quoted the price and do the work in the same day. These days, that is worth a lot. He made pictures of the roof to show me the problem and provided a detailed invoice to show what he done and provide an overall evaluation of the roof. The price seemed a little high, but since I haven't had any roof work done in 15 years, maybe it was in line. I definitely would recommend him and will call on him if I have any future needs.
