it went smooth, they were on time and did a great job. this is the second time i have used them and no problems either time.

The owner did the diagnosis of the problem and told me he would have to order the part. He sent someone else back to do the repair. I had never met this person before and he seemed embarrassed that the repair was so expensive. I would never use Mulvehill again

I have used this company for several years and trusted them and their work. However, it took them a very long time to get to my house and the gentleman that came brought conflicting news/advice on how to solve the problem. He argued with my husband on the year that the air conditioner was made (he said the air conditioner was older than the house) until my husband convinced him he was wrong. My husband had to voice several facts to persuade the "professional" that he was incorrect. The quotes he stated to me were outrageous and when I later called to complain to the owner (someone I had respected immensely from past experiences) he told me that was not the correct quote and that his employee didn't say that. I also was unaware about the cost of the service fee and that he was charging me hourly. Very pricey and we didn't even use him to fix our unit. I was very relieved to see him go and I didn't trust his professional opinion or his know-how. This story does end well though.
