+ -1 moreFirst service call to repair oven early-November. Tech said oven needed heating element replaced. Part was not on truck. Late November, I call to check and Tech said he had part and would stop by in a couple days. Replaced heating element - oven still didn't work. Charged $180.00. Tech said mother board needed replaced. Had to order. Late January after I call again, he said he had the part and would be out one day the following week. Replaced mother board - oven still does work. Tech removed the new mother board, replaced old one and put oven back together. Charged another $150.00 to provide me an oven that still didn’t work. Total cost was $330.00 and Tech did not repair the oven. Needless to say, I will never use Vic’s Appliance Repair again.

Description of Work: Didn't finish the job. Ordered parts and wrong ones came in. Called him to find out when he was coming back out. Said he would contact us after his trip to San Francisco. Never heard from him in reasonable amount of time so left message to call us. Still no response. Dish washer was only partially repaired.

+ -1 moreThe element on this oven isn't the typical plug in type. It was a hassle to get the range with double oven pulled out due to previous owner tile installation. Got it out and replaced the element in no time and all is good!
