+ -1 moreExcellent! Randy Jones (of Integrity) spent a considerable amount of time with myself and my husband, questioning, explaining and shopping for the perfect unit for our home. Randy also performed much of the leg work in getting our unit financed AND was able to obtain/install new unit two days faster than thought!! Dealer of original purchase is still in business, but it only took a few short words to know I would NOT be using them again...Thanks again, Randy/Integrity Air Conditioning Service!

Description of Work: Quoted the price to replace my heat pump, answered my numerous questions and ordered/acquired my unit within 24 hours (despite my possible insecure-sounding tone). Randy went above and beyond by showing unmatched patience and expertise. I was mistaken in my belief that I had already worked with the "best" air conditioning/heating company in my area and I am happy to say that I believe Integrity Air Conditioning Services, Inc. performed better than others.
