Air Johnston

Need HVAC repair had been to residence and did work which is under warranty. Called to repair and was blown off. Year 2012 and 2013 Air Johnston came to repair my hvac multiple times.. to date I've spent over 2k in repairs and I have all receipts of the work. I had called to have a part repaired last year and waited a few days for a part that was supposedly ordered after speaking a few times in a week I never herd back. I eneded up using another company... I shrugged it off and a few months went by i called for another repair and by the time they showed up i had fixed it with a 12 dollar capacitor and because of this he got mad and left. I had no issue paying the service call out. I asked how much for the part and was told $110 for a $12 part i was putting on... now April 2014 I called to make an apappointment professionally forgetting the previous experience offering a chance to give them business. And was called back after finding out who I was he stated he has had bad experience with me... I have paid him over 2k for his work. Alway paid right when the job is done and he's the one who's had a bad experience.....??? I think I'm the one whos had a bad experience... all this time money and headach to get a job done... this is very unprofessional considering most item have warrenty. I will never use or refer them again. Thanks and have a wonderful day.

It was a good experience. They came out the same day. They went above and beyond. The guy knew what he was doing and explained everything technically to the man of the house and put in plain english for the woman of the house. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
