I'm a single woman and the hot water heater started leaking not know what to buy at lowe's I just got one and it was the wrong one so they took tome to go with me to lowe's to take it back and show me the differents and then they came back with it and put the heater in place ina very short time I had water once again.
Description of Work: They did a very great job with me, I had even got the wrong water heater and went to lowe's with me to replace it for the one that I nedded. Yes I would use then again there is just so many people out there to over price but this company did not.

We got an immediate response to our call. Work was performed within a day of the estimate being provided and everything was installed professionally and without problems. The call was not an emergency, so the time of service was arranged at our convenience. We are VERY happy with the quality and value provided! We inquired into whether further work could be performed on our well, but Welch Plumbing referred us to an expert. That expert also performed excellent work at a later date.
Description of Work: New shutoff valve for entire house was installed, along with correct plumbing and supports leading to new whole-house filter.

THE BUSINESS I HAD WITH WELCH PLUMBING WENT VERY WELL. THERE WRE NO SURPRISES AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
Description of Work: THEY DID A COMPLETE INSPECTION AND WALK THRU IN ORDER TO GIVE ME PRICING, AVAILABILITY OF FIXTURES. WHILE THEY WERE INSPECTING THE PROPERTY THEY COMPLETED A COUPLE OF REPAIRS INSTEAD OF WAITING UNTIL A LATER VISIT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE APPEARANCE AND WHEN DISCUSSING THE ISSUES. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO BY FRIENDS
