+ 1 moreMatt came out personally to do the install, even though he was in the middle of a week long multi-location system upgrade for another local business. He asked our needs, scaled the needed equipment because we didn't need all the bells and whistles, therefore saving us money. He showed us how to re-program our equipment if the need arose and gave us his direct number so we could always have some sort of assistance. Additionally, there were several intangible things that just made us feel like we could trust him and his service. We had never used Matt before but, after this example of his service, we will never use anyone else.
Description of Work: Installed and troubleshot router during switch over from AT&T to CableOne internet and phone service.

Description of Work: Ended up having to reinstall windows... I needed my computer repaired with a quick turn around for a business trip. The shop was closed on Monday but they met me there with my completely repaired computer. Great service will use again

+ -1 moreNot only do this for the price they quoted me they also went the extra ile and tightened my computer screen from falling backwards everytime I opened it to far. Super nice folks. Told them I was desperate to have it back as soon as possible like most people do and I took it in at 9 am and picked it up at 3 pm the same day. Great Folks!!!
Description of Work: I had to have the plug in jack replaced in my laptop computer.
