+ -1 moreCalled on Sunday, and he came on Monday morning arriving a little late. Very courteous and efficient. Didn't make a mess. Fixed all three problems in about 2 hours. The hourly rate seemed high, but it's probably the going rate now since we haven't needed a plumber in a few years. Very pleased with service.
Description of Work: unclogged bathtub drain / increased water flow in kitchen faucet / fixed toilet that wouldn't flush entirely

+ -1 moreMr. Drury was very professional and totally competent. He was also pleasant to be around. He explained what had to be done and how he would do it. He answered our many questions patiently and politely. He cleaned up the work area when he was finished. We were totally satisfied with his work and will definitely use him again. We would feel comfortable to recommend him to family and friends.
Description of Work: We chose Mr Drury primarily based on a review from a previous customer who had , basically, the same problem that we had. We needed to remove and replace an old kitchen faucet. We also needed to have new cut-off valves and new lines installed. We were dealing with very old , and some, rusted lines and valves.

+ -1 moreMr. Drury proved to be an extremely competent individual. I chose him for the job based on a gut feeling. It proved to be probably one of the best hunch's I ever had. He did wonderful work, was extremely courteous, and the ultimate professional. He is an excellent choice for all your plumbing needs. He will definately be doing ours.
