I called because I was having a problem with mice. The tech that came to my house set a couple of traps and glue boards, which I?d already done. She did add a bait station under the porch. She seemed more interested in spraying for bugs than getting rid of the mice. I went to Lowe?s last weekend and spent another $40 on more glue traps and bait stations. It really didn?t seem worth the $150 plus a contract for three months at $40 a visit.

I have reached a solution to my problem with APS. They were very accommodating and have agreed to give me a total refund. It was a case of my misunderstanding of how they operate and what I actually need. Since I didn't actually use their service the way it was intended I don't feel qualified to rate them, but the one star I originally gave them should be deleted.

He appears to be very knowledgeable in lawn care. He is very courteous.
