We were closing on the sale of my mother s house and made a potentially expensive discovery. We called APS and the work was completed well within the required timeframe where other companies we contacted could not perform the work for weeks. Thanx again APS.

They provided fast service for providing quotes for multiple options for getting the repairs done with financing if required. They did a great job on replying to any questions or concerns. APS had great costumer service always with a friendly positive attitude. The company really was concerned about the customer problem and ready to help if possible in any way they could.

APS came out a few days ago to clean up the leaves in my yard and they not only got the leaves in the yard, they cleared the front and back porch and front and back drives of all of the leaves, including the ones that were mixed in with small landscaping stones. I was very impressed!

We had a broken pipe in the wall, for an unknown time, & the floor boards were thoroughly soaked, likely for months. In my opinion, APS promised more than they could deliver. Yes, they encapsulated our crawl space, but their "treatment" of the mold didn't go all the way up to the floor in our kitchen like they said it would. I'm sure our crawl space will be dry, but my kitchen floor had to be stripped down to another layer, & still isn't dry after 2 weeks of dehumidifying, 2 fans running, & a heating-rod on the floor boards. It still smells of mold & we're living in it. It seems to me it will take about a year for the sub-floor to dry fully. If I could do it all over, I'd tear out the kitchen cupboards & flooring, dry everything fully, treat mold from up & down, then rebuild. It would have cost about the same & I'd have a new kitchen. Thus, in my opinion, APS talked me into their very expensive services for the crawl space {where I don't live}, which didn't work as well as expected, & I still have to replace things. I can't really rate the quality of their work, as I've not crawled into the space below the house; I'm 74 & won't do that. I've also not received photos of their work as yet. They did clean up after themselves, but beyond that, I can't say. In hindsight, I wish I had not hired them; it cost me $13,000 for a dry crawl space, & that was not the original problem. I'm not a "professional" repair person, so these comments are my opinion.
