The 1st appointment I scheduled on Home Advisor no one showed up, they don't seem to have their appointments set up with Home Advisor so we rescheduled. He showed up on time, explained everything he would do in detail and what to do after the visit. He was very courteous and friendly. I will use this company again if needed and recommend them. The price was also very easy on the wallet,

We were extremely impressed with their service. Comparing this company to the last one - APS beat them "hands down". The manager came out to see what type of service we were looking for and wanted to make sure we would be happy with their product & service. Our service rep called to verify our time & then called again to advise he was running later than expected but did arrive within the promised time frame. He sprayed in places our other bug man never did!!! Quite impressed with this first treatment.The service rep for the termite bond was equally wonderful. He took time to answer any question and explained the parameters involved with the application. Needless to say, we are very pleased with Alabama Professional Services, Inc.!

Tech arrived on scheduled time, explained service

We discovered via our fall AC tune up that we had an issue with rodents in our crawl space and Danny did a great job explaining the "plan of attack" for our home and even followed up the day after spraying the house and setting traps/bait in the crawl space to see what else may be needed. He found the first dead rodent, disposed of it and offered to come back over the next several weeks to check on the issue and remove any others that had been trapped. He was thorough, very knowledgeable and punctual. The only issue we have experienced since his visit has nothing to do with his work or professionalism, but relates to the strong and actually overbearing odor of the spray used to treat the inside perimeter of our home. The smell has not lessened as quickly as we would hope, so even 3 full days later we can smell the chemicals indoors. On the plus side - we have not seen any bugs inside and know that the treatment plan in the crawl space is obviously working already as well! We are using APS for quarterly service and I plan to set up my mother's home and my mother in law's home with APS for the value of their great services and would recommend them (and Danny) to anyone who asked for a pest control company.

The man that came out to spray my house was very nice, very professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He was very thorough and even pointed out some areas where the bugs were that I had not seen. I would definitely recommend this company again.

I was dealing with a tight timeline. Danny D. came to the house the day after the HomeAdvisor inquiry, setting up a date for service. It was a two-day window of Tuesday and Wednesday the following week. After not hearing from anyone on Tuesday, I called on Wednesday to see when they might be out to the house. Nothing had been scheduled, but they offered to try to come out the following week. Unfortunately, work has me working odd hours, and when a two-day window is agreed upon, I need the contractor/business to operate within that window. Danny D. did spray one wasp while setting up the job, but the three wasp nests behind exhaust vents remain.
