They came to spray the yards twice the FLEAS didn't get killed.they came and sprayed a second time and the ARE STILL not gone.they are still here insecticide is not working was not worth my 250.dollars.

They are quick to schedule and perform their pest control services. Arrived on time after they'd confirmed over the phone.

Nice people but did not do the complete job as promised prior to hiring.problem persists. I intend to speak with them and with the completion of promised work, I wold be willing to revisit this questionnaire.

I called this company for advice on what to do about the concern, when they called I received an estimate over the phone, what was going to happen, when it was going to happen so forth. Person was not only on time but early, I explained the concern and to my dismay only three traps were put out and I had to tell him where to put them instead of his recommendation to correct my concern. I was informed on first phone call they would return in ten days to check work out, installer informed me when I asked about his return it would be thirty days before they came back to check out the traps but if we smelled a bad odor just call and he would come out asap. Once an odor is present, it's too late. I told him what I was told about ten days but he was not aware of that. Three days later I checked the traps in attic, bait was gone and so were the mice, trap did not work. Today he came reset traps and re baited traps, also left 2 more traps upon my request. First person I talked with to set this up (Roger) was very informing about the system and procedures. I'm interested on what they do for the following three months service.

The guy was on time and very professional and did a great job.
