Zerorez Huntsville

Ed Stiles from Zerorez has been cleaning my carpets for 6 years. He uses 100% non-toxic powered water that has no harsh chemicals or soaps. Ed does an excellent job, is on time and very personable. I highly recommend him to clean your carpets, the grout in your tile, or cleaning your drapes without taking them off the rods.

Great, easy process, no chem smell, and dries in 10 hrs or less.

The service person was punctual and friendly. The schedulers did not mention the out of area fee that was added to the bill. This was an unexpected charge of approximately $75. My wife paid the extra charge. I had to reach out to the area manager about it. He had to review the transcript of the scheduling call in order to believe the customer. He asked me to meet him half-way and agreed to send me a check for $40. He said I would receive the check in 10-days. I received it over a month later and only after calling them again. In addition, the service vehicle was leaking the charged water and the service person flushed some of the water out of the system through a filter onto the ground to show my wife what he collected from the cleaning. Both the leak and the flush, killed the lawn where the service vehicle was parked. I send an email about it and I never heard a response. My wife does not think the carpets were cleaned as well as she expected by the Zerorez process.

It wasn't exemplary but it was fine. I will recommend them. They did what they were asked.

It went okay. They were excellent, it was just a little pricey for me. He was excellent it just was a little pricey for us.

They are really good and they don’t use chemicals, which is good for allergies and children and stuff. I would definitely use them again.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews but I just had to after my service experience. Excellent service! I was able to get an appointment the next day. I received a call about 20 minutes before my technician showed up. My technician, Eric, was awesome. We reviewed the areas to be cleaned and then he got right to the task. Carpet looks like new - I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

Service result was unsatisfactory. 1st cleaner used way too much water in the tile floors and shower. I asked about water volume puddled on floor after he vacuumed most of it, he said it would dry. The carpet was done the same way, same problem...too much water or solution. The carpet, when dried was very crunchy. After tile dried, white reside was left all over the tile shower, floors and even up on my brown painted doors. I couldn't clean it off. I called Zerorez customer service and they would only redo the tile. I requested a different technician and he was professional but the service did not remove all the white residue. I had to get down on my hands and knees and a bucket with brush and cloth and still white residue remains. I am not happy about the experience or the service. I can not recommend Zerorez.

He talked me through the entire process explained what made it green and the difference between his company and others!!
