Description of Work: I have been using WOW! Internet Cable Phone for my internet for about two years.

Description of Work: I have had Cable Alabama which became another name then leading to knology for over 25 years now. In the last year my knology service, including cable and internet service has been unreliable. When in need of help I call customer service. My wait times for customer service exceed 10 minutes and I have been on the phone for about an hours in many instances. I have had problems with cable connection,my email dropping for about a week when other knology customers have email,my cable box going off line for days, techs intimidating me in my own home, the cable box by the side of the street opening for some reason, other people accessing my knology webmail, having to create passwords over the phone, disrespectful customer service reps. I spend about 150.00 a month on my knology service and cannot believe I am treated as if they do not want my business. I am shopping for another provider. Does Knology have a monopoly on cable service in North Alabama? They act as if they do.
