We were attempting to use this provider for a FHA mortgage. It was stated upfront that we were buying a Manufactured Home. We spent 3 weeks pulling information together, allowing my credit to be pulled and fighting to get the representative from the provider to communicate with me only to be told that they cannot do FHA loans for Manufactured homes. When they told me this they said they has someone they would turn me over to that COULD handle this loan for us. I was told this person would call me and all of my information would be sent to them. I was never given this persons contact information and no one ever contacted me. I would say this company is a major failure and since they only handle business in Chattanooga on-line you can't even talk to someone face to face. They don't listen, communicate or follow-up.
