We had water coming through our bedroom windows (group of 3), which caused the wood frame around the window to get soft. I figured the wood certainly needs replacing and potentially the windows, since it looks like they must be leaking. Ron came out to see if it was work that he would be able to perform and, if so, provide an estimate. He looked the windows over and showed us how the weep holes work and showed us debris near them, which was likely slowing the draining. Said we should clean those out and keep an eye to assure that fixes it, then we'd need to replace the wood, which he doesn't do. Would not take any payment for this education he provided. Nice to run across an honest person in the business.

Fine, except they didn't finish the job the first couple of times, and then their technician got sick, and had to reschedule several times. It took almost 2 weeks to finish the job, and I had to complain to get the job finished.

Everything was Great and the windows look good.

Scheduling was easy and the man who set everything up was very accommodating to my schedule. Windows were installed at the estimated date. (The windows had to be ordered). The two men who installed the windows were very nice and professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the work performed and will use them again in the future.

The windows came in in less than the time quoted! The installer was perfect! Darren! His crew was professional, fast and complete! Answered my questions and worked non stop. They didn't even take a lunch break!

The front windows were replaced by the prior owners using Window World. Let me tell you - the difference in quality is significant. The windows in the front of the house are clearly cheapo "$189 windows" and I have had to have several replaced. The windows in the back are much higher quality, and did not cost much more at all. Well worth the extra money.In fact, after I asked for a price match from Window World, Window Depot met it. Installation was prompt and they took the old windows with them.

Quality of windows and installation was outstanding. Original window over front entrance was a unique size and shape, but installers went the extra mile to ensure the replacement window was a perfect fit.

It hasn't been long since the windows were installed. But at this point, I am happy with their work.

The windows are beautiful and great quality.

Liked the sales side|Installation neede a little rework and some of the windows were installed broken while waiting on replacements ... Then there were some problems with those|Too much time between initial install and follow up

I received several bids on window replacement and went with Window Depot for the following reasons: Pricing was competitive for the type I wanted (double hung, argon, low E ,tan). I had hoped to use my Amex to pay the bill to rack up points for a beach hotel stay. They don't take Amex but did agree to drop the price by around 4-5 hundred to compensate for the loss in points. They also requested I complete an Angie's list review of my experience, no matter the outcome. A brave request, indeed! The sales person, Bill Hinger, was personable, direct, and easy to work with. The installation crew was very friendly as well as very polite. The head installer, Darren Campbell, patiently answered any questions I had. When one of the front windows was installed the calk color never blended/cured/turned the right shade to mach the vinyl. Darren cheerfully came back, removed all the calk and started over. Trimming out the arch took place twice because the first time it didn't look as finished/crisp as I wanted. Overall I was pleased with attitudes and quality of work of all connected to the experience. The only thing I would be cautious about is the cleanup of materials as the crew is finishing. We found several nails and otherwise sharp objects in the driveway where they had been working. A more thorough sweep up as part of the clean up would be a good idea for the crew. So far the windows have been great....lower utility bills, lovely exterior/interior look, easy to use. A huge improvement over the old ones!

The Window Depot personnel were very professional and courteous. They worked with me to get a TVA Energy Audit that would allow me to get a $500 rebate on the purchase of my windows. They were prompt for appointments and answered all my questions. The only minor issue I had is that they shorted my window order by one, and it took two weeks to get the last window in and installed. But overall it was a very good experience and I would use them again.

They were very good. They were prompt and they did what they were supposed to do. I am sure that the price is good because I shopped around.

We received bids from four different companies, Window Depot gave us the best price for twenty windows! The installation took two days, but the installers took their time, insulated each window and wrapped the exterior of each window (and three transoms) then caulked each one. Excellent job. You MUST allow this company to give you a bid on new window installation.

They were very prompt in giving us the estimate and showing us how the windows were going to look like. The crew that came out to do the work was very quick in getting the old one out and putting the new one in and covering up with the plastic because of the dust. When they took the plastic down they were very good about cleaning up any of the dust that was left inside the house. It was amazing.
