She didn't sweep until I called her back and watched her do it, and even then only got about 60% of the loose dirt. The bathrooms and kitchen are still not clean, and most of the windows look like they haven't been touched. Also, she didn't even bring a vacuum so I know the carpet hasn't been touched. I paid her almost exactly (180 vs 195) the same as the big service in town was charging and can't afford to pay someone else to do it. Even though we discussed all of the things I wanted done beforehand, she seemed very indignat when I told her that the floors needed to be swept. She also seemed unprepared, all of the supplies were still in the dollar tree packaging when she got here. She also used a mop on my laminate and hardwood, which is not supposed to get wet. Overall, a very frustrating, disempowering experience. I would not hire her again, and this honestly may have turned me off from using a cleaning service ever again. I guess hire her if you want someone that you have to micromanage for several hours to then have borderline fraudulent work done.
