The inspection completed by Bill Joyner all in all went well. The follow-up to get the written estimate was horrible. This estimate was needed to help negotiate costs in a homebuying process. To prevent the delay of closing, this information was needed as soon as humanly possible. He understood that - at least he heard it. He was friendly enough I guess, coined himself as "Mr. Good Looking". I thought I needed to look elsewhere when he looked at a patio door that definitely needed replacing, barely opens at all, and suggested I use WD40. I said that might would work as a temporary fix but I'm purchasing this home and need something that has more of a permanent solution. The remainder of the inspection itself went okay and I was looking forward to getting the estimate in a timely manner. The inspection was done, July 22, 2019. I contacted him on August 9, 2019, I did not receive a response from him at all until 10 days later, August 19. Even then I did not receive an "estimate" He only gave a rough estimate after all that time, nothing itemized, not even a written rough estimate just sent the total cost in a text message. It took three days short of a month for me to get that plus a host of excuses. Unless there had been a death or serious emergency in the family nothing should have taken this extended amount of time without any explanation or follow-thru. Terrible service, the worst I've ever heard of or received. RUN from this company if you are depending on him to do what he says in a timely manner.

Welcome Home Construction repaired a large deck and installed new tongue and groove boards in the ceiling of an existing porch. They were able to devise a solution to repair an existing support for the deck, and did a very good job of replacing all decking. They did an excellent job of fitting and trimming the new ceiling boards for the porch, enhancing the appearance of the area. All workmen were courteous and professional and kept the area clean at the end of each day. Mr. Joyner maintained frequent oversight of the work, and was always available to answer questions. We would not hesitate to call him for future work.
