They had sub contractors to do the actual work. The experience was good.

I had OSB 4X8's on sleepers in a garage conversion. No one (out of about 6 contractors) could figure out why the floor on the sleepers (joists) were higher than the rest of the floor. Nothing could be laid on the floor because it was and quot;wavyand quot; due to this problem. one contractor wanted to charge me $2,000.00 to put floor leveller on it. On 500 sq feet and the trim would have to be removed and reinstalled. No thanks. So I called W W Supplies, who came out very same day! He brought a carpenter with him who diagnosed the problem: the OSB had swollen on the end joints (which were butted against each other over the sleepers) and that caused all the high spots. So for $600.00, the carpenter sanded the joints down. The next day, I selected my tile, grout, backerboard, thinset and sealer at W W, which was $2,000.00. The tile was $2.00 sq ft and not slick, which I liked. The day after, a very professional crew came out and laid the backerboad. Following day, the same crew installed the tile. Next day they grouted and 4th day the sealer was put on. The total cost for everything, including the sanding was $4,000.00. Labor was $1,400.00 to install the tile. I am impressed that W W Supplies could figure out what was wrong. Granted $4,000.00 to tile a 500 sq ft room is expensive but it looks great! They promised to have the carpenter call for a quote to install the quarter round, but I have not heard from him yet :-(

Due to a bad experience with Reyes Flooring (did not arrive when they said they would and did overall bad job/poor installation), I called WW to give me a quote to finish/redo the job. Danny came out and gave me a quote. He was always responsive, provided great advice, and made adjustment to any changes that I had. Tommy the tiler was very meticulous and may have taken a little extra time to complete the job, but I was very happy with the final project and had no complaints. A few things of course could have been done better, but overall I would (and will) use them again.

This project went very well. I have heard horror stories about kitchen remodels from neighbors and friends, but ours was a piece of cake thanks to WW Supplies. Our kitchen looks absolutely amazing! We are going to this company again soon when we are ready to get started on our bathroom remodel.

The first project was my master bath. I gutted the entire bathroom and started over. The tile had to be perfect. WW helped me find and decide on the right floor tile and shower surround tile (including shower floor AND ceiling!). They assisted in putting together the entire "look" of the space. I wanted a little "bling" and they found just the right types and suggested I only use a small amount of the more expensive stuff to give it the overall feeling of a very expensive bathroom. Since then, I have used them for kitchen subway tile, another bathroom floor and yet another bathroom's tub surround tile. They know what looks good and have a great showroom to give you an idea of how the tile will look in lots of configurations.

The original salesperson was wonderful (Jennifer). Jennifer dealt with my wife. I called in the first week of June to get a materials list emailed to me. For whatever reason, and after several tries, it never showed up. I called on June 17, and was directed to her husband, Danny. Danny was very rude and unhelpful. He explained he was doing me a favor by emailing stuff to me (???what???) and that he did not have to do business with me. He went on to say I was rude. I honestly had no idea what he was talking about. In all my years of dealing with stores that supply building materials, this is first time I have ever run into this. Yes, there are always 3 sides to a story, my side, their side, and the truth. I take NO pleasure in posting this. The ONLY reason I did not give them an F was because of Jennifer, but Danny's overall treatment of me, a customer, was absolutely awful. Please remember, Jennifer was awsome. Danny, not so much. And he owns the place!!
