When we first got here, we couldn't get anybody to come out, we were calling people but they wouldn't show up, and when we called Valley Pest Control, they showed up. Now every month they come and they spray. They have reasonable prices and their service has always been effective. They are always on time. They spray every month, we pay them monthly and there is no contract.

+ -1 moreNot sure the service is not complete. First of all the contract was not completely explain in detail from the beginning. Angie's list is new I hope everyone will take this into consideration. Please do not judge someone by their race. They have feelings and intelligence also. Don't assume something is transpiring until you have the full facts. As the service provider didn't. Also read the fine print of your contract a lot of things were not mentioned and I being a single parent took him at face value and I often do thinking he would be honest and now I'm not sure if he was that at all.
Description of Work: Valley Rep, drilled holes in ground and in brick. Explain this was newer technology. Was politic at first. When I had a friend come over of to pay for a product, I am a Scentsy Rep also. Attitude changed all altogether. I just needed a male's point of few being a single parent and woman I wanted a males point of view, also knowing him through work I valued his opinion to ask a question and the man rendering the service was very rude. Don't judge someone, I don't judge someone by their color and think they don't know anything or make an opinion and assume there is more to a situation than there really is people get hurt; homes are broken with unnecessary assumptions. He was looking out for my best interest and ask a simple question and the service provider being from the South automatically made an assumption and was very rude and left.
