They did a great job moving everything and taking out the carpet. However, I did not think they did a very good job removing the mold. They used a spray killer that was supposed to loosen the mold from the floor for easy removal, but it did not work like they said it would. Somebody was supposed to come and clean the floor, but the company said they were not going to send someone, so I ended up cleaning the mold off of the floor. Otherwise everything else they did was great.
Description of Work: United came and looked at some water damage. They cut out our wet carpet and pulled out the padding. They also put in humidifiers to dry everything out. Then they came and packed our belongings in a storage device. Then they cleaned the mold up off of the floor. We did not have to pay the $2700 estimate, because insurance covered the costs for the damage.
