Two Maids & A Mop

Loved the service (it still looks good)! Love the folks who worked for me. They even had a manager come and check up on them and made sure I was happy and getting what I wanted.

I had called this company asking for a once a month cleaning, however, they do not provide that service for homes over 2600 sq ft. We have no pets nor children but this company still would not offer to provide once a month cleaning. So I agreed to twice a month, first cleaning to be Premium at $169.00, second cleaning 2 weeks later at about $149.00. Then ongoing. There were no contracts to be signed, cleaners are paid on performance, and this company wants their clients to be happy. The cleaners were at my home for about 2 1/2 hours, arrived on time and they did do a good job but not a premium job. They missed the usual details, did not clean in the corners of the room nor under furniture, small dead bugs were still visible. None of the kitchen cabinets nor pantry door was wiped clean. The kitchen rug and the rug in the sun room were not vacuumed nor shaken. One might think that these are small details, but I do not want to get on my hands and knees to do those things after the "professionals" leave. Just sayin'. I will have them back for the second cleaning but will bring the things they missed to their attention. I will decide if I will continue the service and will write a second review.

The house was spotless even cleaning the spigots in the laundry room. I was thorughly empressed and would use them again for any cleaning needs I have.

Everything looks great. The bathroom vinyl hasn?t looked that good since we moved in. I had identified several out of the way places to check to see just how thorough they were, they got them all. I have cleaned our laminate floor many times and it always streaks when it dries. This was the first time it didn?t streak. Their secret formula, they call it the ?pink stuff? worked great.

Excellent. Two ladies came with their buckets, cleaning supplies, mops, & vacuum. One started at the west end, and one started on the east end.

They arrived and let themselves in as I asked. Upon my arrival the beds were changed and made. The dishes I left were done? which is a very nice detail. The bathrooms were spotless, including mirrors, countertops, and all surfaces. The carpets and rugs were vacuumed and the hardwood and tile floors were mopped. They exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use their service bi-mionthly.

We didn't have time for the "move-in" service, but had them in for three hours (a bit longer, actually). They were not able to get to the wood floors in that time, but came back a few days later because they knew we wanted them cleaned. Very personalble and didn't fool around.

They don't dust thoroughly (last week, didn't dust FP mantel at all in MBR - also didn't dust shelves in MBA) This is just the last straw - we have been calling in requests, and complaints for 9 months. I'm done. I bitterly resent spending hard-earned income to 'professionals' who don't do the job any better than I can do myself --

They always call to confirm, arrive on time and complete the cleaning in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the service.

My daughter was so surprised and pleased. She said it felt so good to come home to a clean house and be able to enjoy her time at home with her family. She is a busy professional who works many long hours.. My granddaughter says "my Meme is obsessed with cleaning" and I can tell you the maids that came did a better job than I could have.

Patty has always done a good job. She was thorough, paid special attention to areas if requested, and always made sure everything was done professionally and thoroughly.

I have had a monthly general cleaning service with Two Maids and A Mop for about a year. This last cleaning on 2/22/13 was perhaps the best I've had since the beginning..... all of the cleanings have been really good, but this one was outstanding. The two women...Heather and Laura--were very thorough. In the past, I've sometimes had minor complaints about the women not spending as much time as I was expecting and not doing a thorough dusting job. This time, I got more time than I was expecting and the dusting was very thorough as was the rest of the cleaning. This month gets an A++ on my satisfaction scale. Overall, this service is excellent and every woman that has been to my home has been extremely polite, friendly, professional and competent. Out of all the monthly services, only one or two times have I rated them less than an A. I highly recommend Two Maids and A Mop.

They call me on Friday to tell me when they will be coming on Monday. I did ask that they come a bit earlier than they said and they did. They use their own supplies and follow my directions very well. They always send two to three cleaners and the ladies are very nice and quite competent. I have lived in many places and used lots of cleaning services. This one is up there with the very best. Thanks.

Two Maids and a Mop were right on time. The two women introduced themselves and started working. I was amazed at how cleaned the house was. It look like new. IMy sister also commented on their service. I am now having them come evry two weeks.

When I initially contacted the company for an estimate, they were prompt in getting back to me and came the same week to look at my house. I was especially pleased with the team arriving when they said they would. They have been 3 times so far, and each time there is great responsiveness to areas that need to be improved.

They are still doing a good job. They are very prompt. They are always within the window of time they say they will be here.

Two Maids and a Mop was very instrumental in keeping me from being overwhelmed. We still had lots of unpacked/half-packed boxes in our house after returning home after the April 27 tornado. I had gotten overwhelmed with all that had to be done. I emailed for an estimate, scheduled the appointment, and was very pleased with the results. It was great coming home to a house that was in order (as much as possible). They were able to clean around the boxes and make the house look good. I look forward to having them out again when all the boxes are unpacked.

They generally do a very good job and try to send people that are familiar with your home. They are reliable and have always shown up on schedule. If they miss an item, they will correct if it you notify them. Only items that were overlooked on the last cleaning was straightening of the pillows/throws on the couches and cleaning the floor in the small pantry.

The results were excellent. Every single surface was spotless and clean. The cabinets were cleaned, baseboards were cleaned, blinds were dusted, windows were cleaned, floors were vacuumed, tables were cleaned, microwave and coffee makers, bathrooms (excellent work). There were even some things they cleaned that we were not expecting them to. Super work for a very good price. Would definitely use again.

These ladies are thorough, kind, personable and honest. They perform the exact services listed in their advertising. They have been cleaning our home since last winter, and now we just let them in the house and leave. It is so wonderful to come home to a clean and straightened home! It makes it possible for me to do my volunteer work which is more gratifying for me than cleaning a tub! Since I had shoulder surgery it has been harder for me to clean thoroughly. These ladies are my "right arm" these days.

There were three ladies that came to do our deep cleaning. My mother and I immediately liked them and felt good about it until they told us they would probably be thru by 11:00 or 11:30 (it was 8:30), we couldn't image how they could deep clean this house in that little time. Sure enough they were through by 11:30, we walked through the house with one of the ladies and found several areas of concern that they corrected then or kind of corrected. We paid them and they left. It was then that we started noticing things, they didn't sweep much less mop under the beds, lots of the pictures had not been touched, wouldn't clean the riser on the toliet that assists me since having a knee replacement. The more we looked the more we found and were just sick that we had paid so much for such a mess. We called the office and someone called us back a few hours later and promised to make this right. On the next morning the territory manager and a Huntsville manager showed up, after we talked they went to work. When they were through we were happy with the work they had done. They acknowledged that many things were left undone from the day before. We still do not feel that they deep cleaned but did what I think of as a normal cleaning. As far as using them again, I don't think so, for now my Moma and I will do our own cleaning. I do feel the management was upset that the first day turned out the way it did and wanted to make it right, may we just have a different idea of what deep cleaning means.

Liz came out on a weekend to pick up my key and finalize arrangements for service the following week. The cleaning team did outstanding work. Very please, and coming out on a weekend was above and beyond the call for a service representative.

Even though the same ladies come each time, I see no slump in the excellent job they do. They come in ready to work, know what they need to do, work like a whirl wind, and leave my home clean and fresh in an hour or hour and a half. I like having the same ladies and now sometimes leave them to finish up if I have to leave the house. It is great to have such dedicated and trustworthy ladies helping me to remain sane... even when the grandchildren have been here. :)

Good service, but down from the first two cleanings. This time the bathrooms were not as clean. However, the first two cleanings were excellent. I'm going to go back and do a rating for at least the second cleaning to balance the ratings.
