Two Maids & A Mop

Once again, Jessica, Robin and Meka did and outstanding job cleaning my house! This is the best team ever! Jessica and her team are always professional, curteous and precise! I greatly appreciate their attention to detail and that my house always looks and smells so clean! Thank you Ladies!

The ladies were professional in cleaning all the rooms I requested. when they left my house was sparkling clean!

Brenda & Tara do a wonderful job every time they clean my house! I appreciate their attentiveness to special requests and bringing to my attention issues that they find. For example, Brenda found that the valve on my master bath toilet was leaking and asked for and placed a bucket under the leak after bringing it to my attention so I could call my plumber. The leak was in a location that I could not easily see from my wheelchair, which gives an idea of the thoroughness of cleaning. They are also very friendly with my pets and work around me since I am at home during the cleanings. I also appreciate the communication by telephone if there are any glitches in arrival time or scheduling. I would feel completely comfortable with my home being cleaned even in my absence.

Have been using service for approximately 2 years. Very consistent in quality. This week was the best yet. The company always stands behind their service and in case of any rare problems, they will make things right. We have tried other cleaning service providers in the past; they were all unacceptable for a variety of reasons. Highly recommend two maids and a mop.

I have been using Two Maids and a Mop for several months and I love them! They always call to confirm my next appointment, show up on time and do an amazing job cleaning my home. As a working mother, I get bogged down with all the daily activities of life. Between my job, my son's soccer practice, homework, dinner, bath time and bedtime, I don't always have time to clean properly. Two Maids and a Mop take the stress off of me by making sure my house is spotless every time. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Huntsville area and look forward to them cleaning my new home after closing. Thank you to all the ladies at Two Maids and a Mop. You guys are amazing!

One time, there was dust left and the vacuuming wasn't done well so I called them back. They apologized, redid it, and I've been pleased ever since.

They did a great job. I did the bi- weekly touch- up service. They are very professional. They have only cleaned twice for me,but so far it is working out great. I asked them to use my own vacuum and it was no problem. I really like how well they cleaned my bathrooms and there wasn't a very heavy chemical smell. I am very sensitive to cleaning chemicals and what they use doesn't have a strong odor,but everything is very clean.

April and Carly did a good job. The cleaning the baseboards, ceiling fans, door jams, etc., all those things you never seem to get around to. They also dusted every surface and did the bathrooms and floors.

The girls are great, friendly, pet and kid friendly, considerate of my belongings, thorough and dependable. If there is ever a problem, they make it right, and they ask after every service how it went to be sure everything is done the way you want. They always call a day in advance and confirm the date and time of scheduled cleaning, and are right on time, do their work and go on their way. I've been using them for several years, and would recommend them without hesitation.

This was my first experience with Two Maids and A Mop. Prompt, kind and diligent workers! Think my home was actually smiling because it felt so good when they were finished. Definitely using this company again...and again...and again.

God Bless These Angels that I use monthly...they go beyond the call of duty....my home is in a remodeling stage and they just work and clean around whatever...they provide me a service I cannot do for myself, due to health issues....leaving my home clean and refreshing and me with peace of mind...I would highly recommend this Awesome Company...

Very nice people and they did a wonderful job.

Everything went great. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did everything they said they would, plus little extras like leaving the kitchen looking like I was checking into a vacation house with the towels rolled up neatly, etc. Plus they tidied up my son's room which is impossible. I was very happy when I got home.

Two ladies (Patty and Elizabeth) showed up promptly at the scheduled time and got right to work. I had asked for a deep clean of the entire house - to include vacuuming, dusting (including high dusting), mopping, cleaning all bathrooms, wiping down cabinets and appliances, making up the bed, etc. Later in the day, two additional cleaners (Kayla and Dina? Sorry for any mis-spellings) joined the crew. I was impressed with how efficient and coordinated their work was. All four cleaners looked neat and professional in matching uniforms, and all were friendly and personable as well. They finished the whole house in about 4 and 1/2 hours and even cleaned a few things I was not expecting them to (like the toothbrush holder and floor vents. Yay!) This was my first experience with professional house cleaners and I was very happy with their work. We have since begun to schedule twice monthly maintenance cleanings. The first of those was on November 20 and two of the same cleaners came out for that. They spent a couple of hours this time, and again, they did a very nice job. I appreciate that after they are finished, they asked me to do a walk through and make sure I was happy. On each visit I noticed a couple of minor areas that had been missed, but those were taken care of right away when I pointed them out. I also appreciated that Liz came out afterward to discuss some additional items (not normally included in a maintenance cleaning) that they can also address for me. I definitely get the impression that Two Maids and a Mop sincerely want their customers to be happy with their services, and so far, I definitely have been.

They worked hard and consistently and were there for 3 1/2 hours and they stayed until it was done! I thought they were very professional and they were nice ladies!

Two Maids and a Mop have never let me down. They are thorough, friendly, and most importantly in my case non-intrusive (I work out of my home). They never disappoint and I recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, efficient and complete service.

The ladies arrived and got right to work - they did a very good job; however, I was a little disappointed when I noticed in the master bath it appeared that they had wiped around bottles, etc. sitting on the counter rather than moving them and wiping under. This was very minor and the rest of the house was sparkling. The ladies are always professional and so easy to work with - a great group.

It was the first time we used them but it went very well. The ladies came in and got right to work. They did an excellent job and we will continue to use them every two weeks.

Really well. Because the service is a little pricey, I kept the cleaning limited to the basics, but they did a great job at that.

They are professional and thoughtful ladies. I needed their service asap. I was getting our house ready to sell and was running out of time to finish. Theses ladies came and helped me get our house spotless. They started in the bathrooms, then all the blinds in the house and kitchen counters, appliances and moped though out the house. I cannot have been ready for pictures for the realtor without these ladies. I would recommend Two maids and a mop to anyone looking for a great job done at a reasonably price.

Jessica and Kayla (sp?) did a wonderful job on my deep clean today! They were polite, professional and friendly. There were just a couple of extremely minor things that I pointed out while they were still here and these things were taken care of immediately. Again, they were extremely minor! I did a closer check of their work after they left, but did not find anything that was left undone or not completed to my satisfaction. I was so happy with the work as I have had housekeeping services in the past that left me saying that I just can't expect others to do the job the way I would do it myself. Jessica and Kayla really showed me different =) For me....a 10 out of 10!!!

Great experience with Two Maids and a Mop. I purchased 2.5 hours of cleaning to help with getting the house spotless for showings. I am not a great cleaner and don't have much time to clean so I needed help to get ready to list our house - bathrooms were a wreck before they came. Patty and Julie showed up right at 9:00am and began working right away. They listened to what I needed done and we walked room by room to see what I needed. I had them focus on bathrooms and baseboards throughout. They did a great job. No breaks and worked for the full 2.5 hours. If I had to do again, I would get them out there to estimate before hand how much time it would take to get everything done. I thought 2.5 hours would be enough, but it wasn't and in the end I didn't get everything done that I wanted done. That is not their fault but more of a comment on how I would do it differently next time. There will def be a next time as I was very satisfied with the work they did.

.I was pleased with the result, although somewhat surprised they do not use products with bleach, which I have found is the only way to kill mold and mildew on the bath and kitchen tiles. They were pleasant and professional. April is very experienced, and it showed. This was their first time here, so I hope they would continue to be as good as time goes on.

This is the second time that I have had this service in. The first time there were a few issues. Liz called me to discuss them and I was assured that everything would be taken care of. April and Patty did a very good job this time and I am happy with the service. I will have them back
