Two Maids & A Mop

They cleaned all the areas I specified in a professional manner. This was the first time I had used a housecleaning service and based on reviews from Angie's list I chose this company. They exceeded my expectations. I basically wanted a spring cleaning and had all the hardwood floors cleaned and the carpeted rooms vacuumed. Dust the furniture, blinds and high areas such as ceiling fans, light fixtures. Cleaned and sanitized 3 full bathrooms. Cleaned and sanitized the kitchen by cleaning all appliances. The 2 maids brought all the supplies and they worked diligently to clean my house. I am a satisfied customer.

I wanted my apartment cleaned professionally before a Christmas gathering. The ladies brought all their own cleaning supplies and were very thorough going through my apartment room by room. The cleaning went by fairly quickly. The only hiccup was that there was some confusion taking down my contact information when I made my appointment with them. As a result, they did not show up when they were suppose to and I ended up having to call to see when they would be coming that day. Other than that it went well.

This was my second biweekly housecleaning visit by the amazing staff at Two Maids & a Mop. I love their professionalism and the call the day before to confirm their arrival. What I love most is how amazingly fast they cleaned my house. I can tell you, you won't go wrong if you chose this company for housecleaning services.

This is my second Time using two maids and a mop. I was completely impressed the first time and I was impressed once again the second time. Tamika and Heather were complete professionals. As soon as they walked in the door we took a tour of the house and went over everything I was looking for from them. When they got to an area that they were unsure of, they promptly asked. They began cleaning and didn't stop until they were done. They were very pleasant and didn't spend the day chatting or gossiping like some other companies I have used. In the end, I was literally able to take a white glove to any surface in my house! And with 3 children, four dogs and two cats...that's a great task! Than you so much Two Maids and a Mop!!

It took a good week for them to respond to request for a quote. The lady who visited was very thorough and professional, then promised a quote by the end of the day (I didn't set the timeline). I have yet to hear back from them after a good 3 weeks so I wouldn't hire or recommend due to their inability to communicate in a timely fashion. Our house is fairly large and I want a regular service, so I would have expected a timely response. The ONLY reason I reached out to them was because of the ratings on Angies List.

I did not hire them due to poor timing of response.

Jessica and Crystal did an outstanding, fabulous job cleaning the house in prep for the move out inspection. They always out-do themselves time and time again! They were wonderful, if fact I am scheduling them on a permanent schedule. The two ladies Courtney and Mary were not only extremely pleasant but were professional, and very thorough in their cleaning. I can not recommend this company enough, they are wonderful!

I had talked to them and received a quote in the past but was unable to use their services at that time. I was very impressed with the lady that came out and gave me the estimate, though. We were unable to schedule at a time I would be available so I didn?t use them. I called them back and they came last week to clean my floors. I have 3 levels and I asked them to vacuum and mop all the floors, all hardwood with the exception of several carpeted rooms. The young ladies came and they started to clean the bathroom, I don?t think they were told exactly what I wanted. They were here about 1.5 hours. They brought their own supplies and they had a commercial mop, it was very large and it appeared they couldn?t ring it out well enough to use on the hard wood. I had to go back over the floor after they left and dry them. Today I Swiffered the hardwood and where she had mopped some areas dried with cat hair on the floor, and it?s like it?s glued to the floor. I have two long haired cats and I told them when I made the appointment, they went over the floor with a duster but didn?t get all the hair up.

Very professional and pleasant employees. They got right to work and got the job done fast. I would recommend them to others. Before they leave they ask if everything is done to your satisfaction. Love it!!

Jessica and Krystal did an outstanding job. They do such a good job that I have stopped doing most of the things that I used to do during their "off" weeks. Jessica has been coming to my house since I started with Two Maids and a Mop (with the exception of only a few visits) and I hope she continues to do so. All of the ladies that have come to my house have been very professional, friendly and have done an excellent job. They are a pleasure to be around and I do not hesitate to leave the house when they are here. In my book, this is the best housekeeping service I have ever used. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and give them a 10+ rating!

We hired this company to come clean our empty house that we just purchased. I asked for simple things...clean the kitchen, baseboards, and windows. None of which got done. It was a 6,000 square foot home and they were done in 2.5 hours. There was still a heavy amount of food crumbs in the oven after they left. Large dust piles in the corners of the floor at baseboards. The bathroom had watermarks all over the glass. They looked very unprofessional and borderline scary. Hot pink hair, smelled like a carton of cigarettes and was in love with her phone! If you want your home to smell like smoke and just need some company then you have got the right people!!

Both girls tackled the house from top to bottom. They dusted, swept, mopped, polished glass, cleaned bathrooms anything they saw that needed to be done, they did. They were polite and efficient. Can't wait to see them next month!

Brenda and Tara did an outstanding job. In fact, having these ladies come on a bi-weekly basis has made me very lazy as I no longer do all of the things that I did do on the weeks that they were not here. They are a pleasure to be around and I do not hesitate to leave the house totally in their care.

They arrived at scheduled time and went straight to work. They did a good job and in a timely manner. They were friendly and professional. I have asked them to clean on a regular basis. Their names were Jessica and Patty.

These ladies are simply awesome. First used them to give my house a deep clean (which it really needed). They were here for almost four hours and did an absolutely fabulous job. Just one example of this is that the cleaned the baseboards with cloths not just going over them with a vacuum. I am 100% pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Not what I expected. My home was completely empty so I was expecting a hospital grade cleaning. It was not close. There was grit left in one of the sinks. Not sure it had been cleaned. most all the granite had a grit film left on it as well. Glass panes in doors streaked and smeared. Inside cabinets were not cleaned very well. Top of cabinets were not even touched. I should have done a better job with the walk through. It's a shame when you don't get what you pay for or you think it's your fault for not complaining enough. I do not like to have to complain and complain to get what I pay for. No one should have to. Bottom line, I clean better. I cannot see how they rate so high. Makes me wonder about Angie's list.

This room had not been cleaned in over 5 years so it was quite the undertaking. My wife was TOTALLY pleased with the results and THAT says it all for me. Job well done.

After a few weeks of ironing out the details I have nothing but praise for this company and the service provided. I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

They made beds, dusted EVERYTHING, cleaned the bathrooms, the kitchen, the bedrooms, mirrors, and dusted and vacuumed all. Then, they removed throw rugs and mopped all of the floors. Before they left they replaced rugs. I love how they mop themselves out the door... and then a cheery, "Bye, Bye. See you in two weeks."

The office manager, Liz, is very pleasant and professional. She returned all my calls in a timely manner and was very patient with me when I changed dates/services numerous times before I settled on one. The prices are great and they will supply cleaners or use yours if you prefer. I sent a list of specific requirements due to having a lot of breakables/fragile items on different shelves and it looks like the girls were very careful with those items. They did a great job! It was so wonderful to walk into a clean house, I definitely look forward to their next visit.
