The first week they came they asked for a tour of the house and asked what we would like to see cleaned. They located the trash cans, lights, etc. Then, they got to work like two tornadoes... only cleaning instead of destroying! They cleaned every inch of our house, even the baseboards behind the bed!!! They even looked up high to tag and remove any wayward cobwebs. I love how they "mop out the door" at the end.

I was pleased with the cleaning service and the ladies who did the cleaning. I would recommend them to my friends.

The first time these ladies came they asked for my specific areas of concern - and they have cleaned those areas very well, as well as doing a great job with the rest of the house. I really love the clean floors and sparkling appliances!

I have been home during several cleanings and felt the ladies were friendly and professional. Part of this company's business model is that you get to rate the quality of cleaning/service you received and they pro-rate their employees' pay based on the ratings they received on the homes they cleaned. My ratings have all been 9 or 10 on a 10 point scale. I have small children and wondered how hiring a cleaning service would work out given that we sometimes can't get every last toy or book cleaned up before they came. I have not run into any problems with this concern. I try to get everything I can cleaned up, but for the things that I miss, the ladies nicely stack it to the side. For the most part, it appears the same two ladies are cleaning my home. In the beginning it seemed that they were sending different crews, but once we "fell into a schedule" it seemed that the same women came. I have had a little difficulty getting the time slot I want, but the receptionist at the main office has been very friendly and has been flexible in trying to accommodate my requests. I am reliably notified of my time slot the day before the ladies come and the time slot tends to be one of two different times (it isn't bouncing around a lot).

I will definitely be using them in the coming months for my house cleaning needs. They were very professional and were very attentive to what I asked them to do...and did some extra cleaning in places that I thought WERE clean, but weren't! I will recommend them to anyone who needs a home cleaning service!

As the name implies, 2 maids arrived and cleaned my house from top to bottom. They cleaned, mopped, changed my linens, and duted the whole house in just under 2 hours. I am extremely pleased!

Before the cleaning, I thought I was gonna get rid of the mirror over the fireplace because I thought it was cloudy. After they cleaned it, it looked so much better that I changed my mind and we are keeping it. Everything smelled so fresh and clean. They did a wonderful job. They were there about 5 or 6 hours until the job was done! I am going to call them back for maybe setting up a biweekly cleaning or something. Definitely give them a call! Thanks, ladies!

they came when expected and was here about two hours. they even tried to make friends with my dog,who is very shy!!

My house looks and smells great, it's a pleasure to come into each time. April has a pleasant personality but on the job is extremely thorough and 'all business.' She is punctual, comes in and gets right to work, is considerate of what ever I may be doing, careful with my belongings, and willing to take my suggestions on how I like things. She is good with the dogs, especially one who is quite old and does not always want to get up. They offer two levels of cleaning, and can alternate a general and deep cleaning every other week which keeps things up and saves some money at the same time. I like having the opportunity to 'rate' each time I receive service and that the provider is paid by the job they do, it really helps keep up the quality b/c they have a stake in doing a good job.
