My carpets in 2 bedrooms, a staircase and small hallway looked so bad I was afraid that I would have to have them replaced! Tristian did an excellent job, I am totally blown away how they came back to life and look new! During the job I got a call from my boss to come back to the office to "put out a fire". I felt very comfortable leaving the house with Tristian, I wrote him a check for the cleaning and just asked him to lock up when he was finished! (BTW, I never let people at my house without me being there) I highly recommend TS to everyone, he told me the price over the phone and stuck to it! (Many other companies told me on price just to get in the door and then before they start the cost doubles with all other additional costs!)

Excellent! Very impressed. Tristan was very punctual and professional. He cleaned our 2 stained carpets and stairway. We have 2 puppies and a cat. We had urine, stool and vomit. He got them all out! Our carpet has never looked this good! We were going to tear it up! He came out a month ago and the stains didn’t come back like they have in the past. Oh and the scotch guard is a must! So happy he added it. The dogs got loose and tracked dirt and mud in my living room. It was very easy to clean. Thanks Tristan!!!

Just the best. Tristan took care of cleaning my the carpet in a an emergency situation. Due to personal circumstance, my son and his wife could not be there to supervise. Tristan showed up and made the carpet like new. He is just he very best, talented, trustworthy, reliable, He is the real deal—don't hesitate to use this company to clean your carpets—Period!

Everything went well, except for the stairs. Tristian continued to work on the stairs, and was able to clean them with a non-water based process. Hats-off to Tristian for a job well done!

Tristan is a pleasant young man who obviously is dedicated to doing a quality job for his clients. He spot-treated where needed then cleaned the whole carpet. I have three cats so there were many spots to treat! He explained the process very well as he went along. He worked steadily while we had a pleasant chat. Bottom line, he made my 20-year old carpets look almost new! I for sure will hire him again! The initial response was very prompt. The only reason for the B is that we had some confusion in setting an appointment time. Tristan arrived a little early on the day he did the work and that was fine.

TS Solutions is a lying, no call/no show company. They never came to do the work. We had a confirmed appointment for 1 PM. At 3 I called. He called back quickly; said they inadvertently overbooked, but he'd have a truck at the house in 45 min. I called and texted him 1 he later, asking for an update. It's now 7:30 PM. TS Solutions never showed at our house. Tomorrow, I welcome home my son and his family bringing our new Granddaughter. Tonight, all my furniture sits starkly in empty rooms. All the decorations, knock-knacks, flower pots, and etc. are stacked on every available surface to facilitate required furniture moving. I still have an uncleaned carpet, my home is in total disarray, and I'm out a day's pay because I took off from work to ensure the carpet was properly cleaned. He didn't call. He didn't show. I have babies coming and a dirty carpet, not to mention having to replace everything. I didn't pay him, thank goodness, but I am out a day's pay.

They were professional and efficient.

He knew his stuff, and very clearly took pride in his work. He was even caring enough to leave behind a drying fan that he came by to pick up the next day.

Overall, the carpet looks new again, did a good job explaining the work to do beforehand, very pleased with the result, and would use again.

We have had our carpet cleaned 3 or 4 times since we had it and never got the results like we received from T&S. The carpet is off white and I had made the decision to replace my carpet and had also purchased an install for new carpeting but it wasn't gone be done before our guests were scheduled to arrive; therefore, we decided to check Angie's list and picked this company. The representative was extremely professional, on time and didn't leave until my carpet looked new again. He even cleaned red stained spots that other companies couldn't or didn't remove. I was so excited with the results and even more happy that I didn't have to replace the carpet. Which would have resulted in me spending a significant amount of money and having to take off work for a carpet install.

We are so pleased with the work Tristan did. Our carpets were pretty bad (and we have a super hairy dog) but they look so much better now that I can hardly believe it. He was very responsive to my emails/questions, was on time for our appointment (in fact, he was early!), professional and friendly. We'll definitely use him in the future!

The carpet looks great and smells clean and fresh. Took about two hours which is how long Tristian said it would take.

EXCELLENT! TS got held up at previous job and called before his arrival time to alert us. When he showed, we had plumbers here because our hot water heater died and required changing out the pipes. TS said that he felt he would be doing us a disservice by cleaning while the plumbers were in and out of house. He re-scheduled and honored the certificate! He showed up on the new date and didn't just do areas, but even cleaned the living room and dining room (combo) plus the two other rooms we requested on the certificate. He also was able to get rid of a stain that others had not be able to. Would definitely recommend!!! He is now my go-to for carpet cleaning!
