Thanks to his thorough approach, within three weeks, Joe was installing my new roof! He explained every step of the process in great detail and handled everything from start to finish. Joe was extremely kind. He was quick to respond. He came out at the end of his day to take a look at a simple repair and fixed it immediately. He even checked the rest of our roof to make sure there were no other issues. We were so happy with his service and will reach out again if we ever have issues!

Joe walked us through every step, came out to the house within an hour of the incident, had a tree guy on-site simultaneously, and temporarily patched the roof up as soon as the tree was removed! Did an extremely thorough inspection, found other issues we weren’t aware of, and ended up replacing the entire roof! This is the team you want for your roof repairs. Phenomenal job and a team dedicated to quality work.

Though there was some discrepancies among roofing adjusters, the work and relationship with snd by the contractor Jagris, Inc and its owner and employees was very outstanding.
